       Witnesseth that the said Nathaniel Waters for and in Consideration of the sum of Two
       hundred and fifty pounds Current Money to him in hand paid by the said Elie Vallette
       at and before the sealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he doth
       hereby acknowledge Hath Bargained Sold Assigned Transferred and Set over And by
       these presents Doth Bargain Sell Assign Transfer and set over unto Elie Vallette all
       that part or parcel of Ground being part of the aforesaid part of a Lot of Ground aforesaid
       lying and being in the Old Town of Annapolis distinguished in the plat thereof made by James
       Stoddart as aforesaid by the Number Fifty and all Right Title Interest property claim and
       demand whatsoever of him the said Nathaniel Waters of in and to the same and of every
       part and parcel thereof which said part hereby conveyed or intended to be conveyed to the
       said Elie Vallette is described and bounded as follows Viz Beginning at the End of Twenty
       nine feet and half a foot in the Church Circle from the North West Corner of South
       East Street and running in and with the said Church Circle until it intersects
       South Street then with the said South Street thirty feet, then with a South thirty degree
       East Course Such a Number of feet as will intersect a Streight Line drawn from the Southermost
       Corner of Elie Vallette's Dwelling House which by actual mensuration is fifty feet and
       half a foot then with a North 41.° East Course to said South Corner and thence with and
       along the House to the North East Corner thereof thereof one hundred and seventeen feet and half a
       foot and from thence round and still within the House to the Beginning Containing Four
       Thousand Six hundred and Thirty one square feet To Have and To Hold the said part
       or parcel of Ground with all and every the Houses Buildings and Improvements to the
       said premisses belonging unto him the said Elie Vallette his Heirs Exors Admors and
       Assigns from the day of Date of these presents for and during and until the full End
       and Term of Ninety nine Years from thence Next ensuing fully to be compleat and Ended
       renewable for ever under the Rents ^and^ Covenants above mentioned And whereas the
       aforesaid Daniel Dulany is since arrived at full age and at the request of the aforesaid
       Elie Vallette of in and to the premises aforesaid is willing and now ready to confirm the
       Lease of the above mentioned Lot of Ground so as aforesaid made during the Minority
       of the said Daniel Dulany by Walter Dulany Esquire his Natural Guardian to Cornelius
       Garretson in manner and form as is above mentioned Now Know ye that the said
       Daniel Dulany Jun.r Doth by these Presents ratify and Confirm all and every Matter Clause
       or Thing contained mentioned and agreed to in the aforementioned Lease made as
       aforesaid on the 16.th March 1759 between Walter Dulany Esquire and Cornelius Garretson
       And Whereas by the Tenor of the aforesaid Lease so as aforesaid made with
       Cornelius Garretson the above Lot is chargeable with a Yearly Ground Rent of Four
       Pounds Sterling to be paid to said Daniel Dulany in Yearly Payments Of which Sum of
       four pounds Sterl the proportionable part to be paid by Elie Vallette is twenty Shillings
       same money And the said Elie Vallette being desirous of purchasing the Fee Simple
       of his part aforesaid of said Lot in Consideration whereof he did pay unto the said Daniel
       Dulany the Sum of Sixteen Pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence Sterling Money of
