       Great Britain the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged The said Daniel Dulany Doth hereby
       in Consideration of the said payment for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Grant
       bargain sell transfer Assign and set over unto him the said Elie Vallette and his Heirs and Assigns
       all his Right Title and Interest of in and to that part of the Lot N.o 50 aforesaid agreeable to the
       metes and Bounds herein Expresses that is to say Beginning at the End of Twenty ^nine^ feet and
       half a foot in the Church Circle from the North West Corner of South East Street and running
       in and with the said Church Circle until it intersect South Street then with the said South
       Street thirty feet then with a South 33.° East Course such a Number of feet as will intersect a
       streight Line drawn from the southermost corner of Elie Vallette his dwelling House which
       last Distance is by Mensuration fifty Feet and half a Foot, then with a North 41.° East Course
       to said Corner and thence with and along the House to the North East corner thereof One hundred
       and Seventeen feet and half a foot and from thence to the Beginning round and with the House
       aforesaid containing         And the said Daniel Dulany for himself his Heirs Executors and
       Admors Doth Covenant promise and Grant to and with the said Elie Vallette his Executors
       Admors and Assigns and every of them by these presents that he the said Daniel Dulany the
       hereby bargained premises and every part thereof against all and every person or persons
       claiming by from or under him shall and will Warrant and for ever defend      In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto Interchangeably set their Hands and
       Seals the Day and Year above written

       Received this 18.th day of Septemb 1770 of and from the within named Elie Vallette the Sum of
       sixteen pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence Sterling Money being the Consideration

       Maryland Ann Arundel County fs.t the 18.th of Sept.r 1770 Then came before me the
       Subscriber one of his Lordship's Justices of the for the Province aforesaid the within mentioned
       Daniel Dulany Junior and acknowledged the within Instrument of writing to be his Act and
       Deed to and for the Use and Purpose within mentioned                           W.m Hayward

             Maryland Ann Arundel County to wit March 5.th 1771  Came Nathaniel Waters before
       me the Subscriber and acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be his Act and
       Deed for the Uses and Purposes therein mentioned
