       mentioned or intended to be hereby Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and every
       part and parcel thereof unto him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns forever and to the
       only proper use of him the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns for evers and for no
       other use intent and purpose whatsoever and the said John Stevenson for himself his Heirs Executors
       and Administrators Doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with him the said Nicholas Maccubbin
       his Heirs and Assigns by these presents that the said John Stevenson and his Heirs shall and will
       from time to time and at all times hereafter warrant and Defend the aforesaid Land and Premises
       with the Appurtenances herein before Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed from and
       against all manner of Person or Persons whatsoever  Provided always and it is the true intent and
       meaning of these Presents that if the said John Stevenson his Heirs Executors Administrators or
       Assigns the said said Sum of One hundred and Six pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence Sterling
       Money as aforesaid shall well and truly pay or any other Sum of Sums of Money that shall be advanced
       unto the said John Stevenson by the said Nicholas Maccubbin at the Dwelling House of the said
       Nicholas Maccubbin in the City aforesaid with Legal Interest thereon that then these presents
       shall be void and of none Effect otherwise to be and remain in full force and the said John Stevenson
       doth by these presents bind himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators to pay the said Money
       and the Interest accordingly also the Cost of Drawing and Recording the said Mortgage In Witness
       whereof the said John Stevenson hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the Day and Year
       first above written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       Received the Day and Year within mentioned of the within named Nicholas Maccubbin the within
       Sum of One hundred and Six pounds thirteen Shillings and four pence Sterling Money of Great
       Britain it being the Consideration Money therein mentioned as witness my hand

       On the 20.th Day of February 1771 Came the within Named John Stevenson before me the Subscriber
       one of his Lordships Justices of the Proper^ovincial^ Court of this Province and Acknowledged the within
       Instrument of writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises therein Bargained Sold
       Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed to be the Right Title and Estate of the within Named Nicholas
       Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns for ever According to the true intent and meaning of the said
       Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and provided

             This Indenture made this Twelfth day of February Anno Domini One thousand Seven
       hundred and seventy one By and Between Reubein Perkins of Baltimore County and Province
       of Maryland of the one part and Benjamin Fleetwood of the same County and Province of the other part
       Witnesseth That the said Reubin Perkins for and in Consideration of the Terms and Conditions
       herein after mentioned to be paid and complyed with by the said Benjamin Fleetwood his heirs &c
       He the said Reubin Perkins hath leased Granted and ^to^ Farm lett and by these presents doth lease
       grant and to Farm lett unto the said Benjamin Fleetwood & his heirs One Acre of Land in
       Baltimore County aforesaid on the south side the River Susquehana Beginning at a bounded
       Beach Tree standing near the River and near the Corner of a Fence of part of said Land leased
