       Choice and Hargraves Choice which said Hargraves Choice by a resurvey thereof
       made by Ariana Margaritta Harris of the said Sarah Brice contains three
       hundred and ninety acres of Land more or less as by Pattent granted to the said
       Ariana Margaritta Harris bearing Date the 16.th Day of April 1751 appears
       together with all and singular the houses Buildings Improvements Woods
       Underwoods Pastures Meadows Water Courses Ways profits Commodities and
       Advantages to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining  And the
       Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and
       Profits of the same Lands and of every Part and Parcel of them and all
       the Estate Right Title Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand
       whatsoever of him the said John Brice Junior of in or to the same Lands
       and of in and to every Part and Parcel of them with their each and every
       of their Rights Members and Appurtenances To have and to hold the said Tracts
       Part and Parcels of Land and Premises hereby bargained and sold with their
       each and every of their Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice Esquire his
       Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use of him the said John Brice his heirs and
       forever and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the said
       John Brice Junior for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth covenant
       Promise Grant and Agree to and with the said John Brice Esquire his Heirs
       and Assigns that he the said John Brice Junior and his heirs the aforementioned
       bargained and Sold Lands and Premisses with their each and
       every of their Rights Members and Appurtenances unto him the said John
       Brice Esquire his heirs and assigns against him the said John Brice Junior
       and his Heirs and against all and every Person or Persons whatsoever
       claiming or who Shall or may hereafter claim by from or under him or
       his Heirs or any or either of them or their Heirs shall and will for ever
       warrant and defend by these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to
       these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and affixed
       their Seals the Day and year first above written

          On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written (viz.t)
