       Witnesseth that the said John Brice Esquire and Sarah his wife
       for and in consideration of the Sum of Five hundred pounds Sterling money
       of great Brittain to them in hand paid by the said John Brice Junior before
       the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby
       acknowledge Have given granted bargained Sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these presents for themselves and their heirs they the said John
       Brice Esquire and Sarah his wife do give grant bargain Sell alien Enfeoffe
       and Confirm unto him the said John Brice Junior his heirs and assigns
       all the Lands lying in Cecil County which were devised to the said Sarah
       Brice wife of the said John Brice Esq.r by the Testament and last will of
       James Harris late of Kent County in the province aforesaid Gentleman deceased
       and which are called and known by the names of part of Frisbys Prima Choice
       and Hargraves Choice which Tract called Hargraves Choice was resurveyed by Ariana
       Margaritta Harris mother of the aforesaid James Harris and sister to the said
       Sarah Brice & contains three hundred and ninety Acres of Land as by patent
       granted to the said Ariana Margaritta Harris bearing date the 16.th day of
       April 1751 together with the houses Buildings improvements woods underwoods
       pasters meadows water courses ways profits commodities and advantages
       to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold
       the said Tract part & parcells of Land & premisses hereby granted and every part
       and parcel of them with their each & every of their rights members and appurtenances
       unto him the said John Brice Junior his heirs and assignes for ever to
       the only proper use and behoof of him the said John Brice Junior his heirs
       and assignes and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever
       And the said John Brice Esquire and Sarah his wife for themselves their
       heirs Executors and Administrators hereby covenant promise grant and
       agree to and with the said John Brice Junior his heirs and assignes
       that they the said John Brice Esquire and Sarah his wife respectively and
       their heirs the aforesaid Lands and premisses hereby bargained and Sold
       and every part & parcel of them with their each & every of their rights member
       and appurtenances unto him the said John Brice Junior his heirs and assigns
       against them the said John Brice Esquire and Sarah his wife respectively and
       their heirs and against all persons whatsoever claiming or who shall or
       may hereafter claim any right or title by from or under him her or
       them respectively or their heirs or any or either of them Shall and will
       for ever hereafter warrant and defend by these presents  In Witness whereof
       the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeable set their
       hands & Seals the day and year first above written
