       doth by these Presents Covenant Promise and Agree to and with the said John
       Beale Bordley his Heirs Executors and Administrators and Assigns that he
       the said James Hutchings and his heirs the said bargained and Sold Lands
       and premises and every part and parcell thereof with the appurtenances
       there to belonging to him the said John Beale Bordley his heirs and assigns
       Shall and will warrant and for ever defend by these presents against him the
       said James Hutchings and his heirs and from and against all manner
       of person or persons whatsoever claiming or that shall or may ever hereafter
       claim the same Lands and premisses or any part thereof from by or under
       him the said James Hutchings  And the said James Hutchings for himself
       his heirs Executors and Administrators doth further Covenant Promise
       and agree to and with the said John Beale Bordley his heirs Executors
       administrators and assigns by these presents in manner and Form
       following that is to say That the said James Hutchings hath not done
       committed or suffered to be done or committed any act matter or thing
       whatsoever whereby or by means whereof the said Lands and premisses
       or any part of them is are or may be charged impeached or incumbred in title
       charge estate or otherwise  And that he the said James Hutchings his heirs
       and assigns and all and every other person and persons and their heirs
       lawfully having or claiming or which shall or may lawfully have or claim any
       Estate Right Title Interest or Demand of in or to the said Lands and
       premises or any part thereof from by or under him them or any of them shall
       and will from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the reasonable
       request and at the costs and charges in the Law fo the said John Beale
       Bordley his heirs or assigns make do acknowledge levy execute and
       suffer or cause or procure to be made done acknowledged levied executed
       and suffered all and every such further and other lawfull and reasonable Act &
       Acts Thing & Thing Devises Conveyances and assurances in the Law whatsoever
       for the better further and more perfect assuring conveying and confirming
       the said Lands and premises to the said John Beale Bordley his
       heirs and assigns as by the said John Beale Bordley his heirs and assigns
       or his or their Councel learned in the law shall be reasonably required so
       as such further or other assurance do not include any other or further warranty
       than such as is herein before contained and expressed  In Witness Whereof
       of the said Parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
       set their hands and Seals the day and year first above Written
       Signed Sealed and Delivered
       in the presence of us

             Philemon Lloyd Chew                                JBeale Bordley  (seal)

       On the Back of the Aforegoing Deed was thus written (viz.t)

       Received on the Day and year first within written of and from the
       within named John Beale Bordley the sum of seventeen hundred pounds
       Current Money being the consideration money within mentioned to be by him
