(82) Above mentioned with the Appurtenances unto the said George Maxwell To hold to him his Executors Administrators and assigns for and during all the rest and Residue of the said Term of three years & two months as above Granted which shall be then to come and unexpired as by the said George Maxwell his Executors administrators or assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law Shall be reasonably devised or advised and required and Lastly it is covenanted granted concluded and agreed upon by and Between the said Parties to these presents And the True Meaning hereof also is and it is hereby so declared that until Default shall be Made in performance of the proviso or conditioned herein Conditioned he the said Henry Trippe his heirs and assigns, shall & may hold and enjoy all and singular the said premises above mentioned and Receive and take the Rents issues and Profits thereof to his and their own proper use and Benefit any thing therein contained to the contrary thereof Notwithstanding in witness whereof the said Henry Trippe have hereunto set his hand and seal the Day and year first above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of us H Trippe (seal) Edward Trippe H Ennalls On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz.t Receiv.d of George Maxwell the sum of six hundred pounds Sterling money being the full consideration for the within morgaged Land ster & Premisses Rec.d this 31.st Day of October 1765 £600 Test H Ennalls Edward Trippe H Trippe Dorchester County fs.t Be it remembered that this thirty first Day of October one thousand seven hundred & sixty five Personally Came before us the Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the af.d County the within mentioned Henry Trippe and Did acknowledge the within Deed (of morgage) and the Land & Premisses therein mentioned to be the Right of the within mentioned George Maxwell his heirs & assigns according to the true Intent & Meaning of the said Deed Acknowledged the Day & year above Ritten before us H Ennalls Recorded the 19.th April 1766 Edward Trippe 12 Sides |
