       the Messuage or Tenement Lands and premises above mentioned and every part
       and parcell thereof with the appurtenances unto the said George Maxwell his
       Executors administrators and assigns  Provided always that upon condition
       that if the said Henry Trippe his heirs or assigns do and shall well and truly
       pay or cause to be paid unto the said George Maxwell his Executors administrators
       or assigns the full sum of six hundred pounds sterling money as
       af.d with Legall Intress for the said in and upon the first Day of January
       one thousand seven hundred and sixty Eight without any Deduction or abatement
       or any other impositions whatsoever either ordenary or extraordinary that then
       and from thence forth these presents and every thing herein contained shall
       Cease determine and be void any thing herein contained to the contrary
       Notwithstanding and the said Henry Trippe for himself his heirs and
       Assigns doth covenant and grant to and with the said George Maxwell
       his Executors administrators and assigns that he the said Henry Trippe
       his Heirs or assigns shall and will well and truly pay or cause to be paid
       unto the said George Maxwell his Executors administrators or assigns
       the said full sum of six hundred pounds sterling money as af.d in
       and upon the first day of January in the year af.d without any deduction
       as aforesaid according to the true intent and meaning of these presents and
       also that he the said George Maxwell his Executors administrators and
       assigns shall and may at all times after Default shall be made in
       performance of the proviso or condition herein contained peaceably
       and Quietly enter into have hold Occupy Possess and Enjoy all and
       singular the said messuage or Tenement Lands and Premises above
       Mentioned and every Part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances for
       and During the Residue and Remainder of the said Term of years as af.d hereby
       Granted which shall be then to come and unexpired without the Let Trouble
       Hindrence molestation interruption and Denial of him the said Henry Trippe
       his heirs and assigns and of all and every other person and persons whatsoever
       and further that he the said Henry Trippe and his heirs and
       all and every other person and persons and his and their Heirs any thing
       having or claiming in the said Messuage or Tenemet and premises above
       mentioned or any part Thereof shall and will at any Time or Times after
       Default shall be made in performance of the proviso or Condition herein
       contained make do and execute or cause or procure to be made done and
       executed all and every such further and other Lawfull and reasonable Grant
       Acts and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and
       more perfect Granting and Assuring of all and Singular the said premisses
