       to the said Caleb Dorsey Henrietta Maria Dorsey and Alexander
       Lawson and their heirs  All that Tract or parcell of Land called
       Arcadia lying and being in Ann Arundel County on the South
       Side of Patapsco River containing four hundred and Twenty
       four acres more or Less Which said Land was granted by Patent
       to a certain Thomas Larkin late of Ann Arundel County deceased
       as by the said Patent reference thereunto being had may more
       fully and at large Appear  And also all that Tract or Parcell of
       Land called  Murphey's Adventure lying formerly in Baltimore
       County but now in Ann Arundel County on the South side of  
       Patapsco River on the Draughts of Marley Bridge Branch
       containing Two hundred and Fifty acres more or Less which said
       Land was granted by Patent to a certain William Murphey Deceased
       as by the said Pattent Reference being thereunto had may appear
       with all and singular the Houses and appurtenances thereunto
       belonging or in anywise appertaining and the Reversion and
       reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents issues and profits
       thereof and of every part or parcell thereof and all the Estate right
       Title Interest use Trust property claim and demand whatsoever of
       him the said William Woodward of all and Singular the said Premisses
       To have and to hold one Third part of the said Tracts or parcells
       of Land and singular the Premisses with the appurtenances
       herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby Granted to
       the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assigns forever to the only proper
       use and behoof of the said Caleb Dorsey his heirs and assigns
       forever one other Third part of the said Tracts or parcells of Land
       and all and singular the Premisses with the Appurtenances
       herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby granted to the
       Said Henrietta Maria Dorsey her heirs and assigns forever to the
       only proper use and behoof of the said Henrietta Maria Dorsey
       her heirs and assigns forever and the other Third part of the said
       Tract or parcells of Land and all and Singular the premisses with the
       appurtenances herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby Granted
       to the said Alexander Lawson his heirs and assigns forever to
       the only proper use and Behoof of the said Alexander Lawson his
       heirs and assigns forever and the said William Woodward for himself
       his heirs executors and administrators doth Covenant promise Grant
