and agree to and with the said Caleb Dorsey Henrietta Maria Dorsey and Alexander Lawson and their several heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said William Woodward the said Tracts or parcells of Land and Premisses herein before mentioned and intended to be hereby Granted and every part or parcell thereof unto the said Caleb Dorsey Henrietta Maria Dorsey and Alexander Lawson their several heirs and assigns against him the said William Woodward his heirs and all persons Claiming by from or under him shall and will warrant and forever Defend by these presents And further That he the said William Woodward his heirs and assigns shall and will at all Times hereafter upon the lawfull and reasonable Request and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said Caleb Dorsey Henrietta Maria Dorsey and Alexander Lawson their heirs and assigns make do acknowledge perfect and execute unto the said Caleb Dorsey, Henrietta Maria Dorsey and Alexander Lawson their heirs and assigns all and every such other and further Lawfull and reasonable Conveyances and Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better granting conveying and assuring the said Tracts or parcells of Land and Premisses with the appurtenances unto the said Caleb Dorsey Henrietta Maria Dorsey and Alexander Lawson their heirs and assigns as by the said Caleb Dorsey Henrietta Maria Dorsey and Alexander Lawson their heirs and assigns shall be reasonably advised devised or required In Witness whereof the said William Woodward hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the Day and Year above written Sealed and Delivered W.m Woodward (Seal) in the presence of George Clarke John Nevett On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Received this 26.th day of October 1765 of Caleb Dorsey Henrietta Maria Dorsey and Alexander Lawson the sum of seventy five pounds sixteen shillings and six pence sterling being the consideration money within mentioned Witness W.m Woodward Ja.s Franklin And.w Buchanan On the fifteenth day of October Seventeen hundred and sixty five came the within named William Woodward before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act & Deed and the Lands & premisses therein mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the (within) |
