       forever To the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Isaac Gibbs his Heirs
       and assigns for ever And the said James Heath for himself & his heirs doth
       covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Isaac Gibbs his
       Heirs ^and assigns^ in manner & form following to with that he the said James Heath
       and his Heirs shall and will from Time to time and at all times hereafter
       at and upon the reasonable request and at the proper Costs and Charges in the
       Law of the said Isaac Gibbs his Heirs or assigns make do execute acknowledge
       and Suffer or cause to be made done acknowledged executed and
       suffered all and every such further and other reasonable act and acts
       Things and Things Devise and Devises Assurance and Assurances Conveyance
       and Conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the better and more perfect assurance
       surety and sure making and conveying settling establishing or confirmation
       of the said part or parcell of Land hereby granted bargaind sold aliend enfeoffed
       released and confirmed together with its appurtenances unto the said Isaac
       Gibbs his Heirs and assigns forever according to the true intent and meaning of
       these presents, And that he the said James Heath is the true and lawful
       owner of the said part or parcel of Land with its appurtenances and is rightfully
       and absolutely seized thereof and every part and parcel thereof of a good
       pure absolute and indefeasible Estate in Fee simple and the said James
       Heath doth for himself and his Heirs Covenant Promise Grant and Agree to
       and with the said Isaac Gibbs his Heirs & Assigns that he the said James Heath
       and his heirs the said part or parcel of Land hereby granted bargained sold aliened
       enfeoffed released & confirmed with its appurtenances unto the said Isaac Gibbs
       his heirs and assigns against him the said James Heath his heirs & assigns
       and all persons claiming from by or under him or them shall and will forever
       Warrant & Defend In Witness whereof the parties af.d have hereunto interchangeably
       set their hands & seals the Day & Year first above written
       Signd Sealed & Deliverd in
       presence of
          Lee Dekeyser                                             James Heath   (seal)
          James Mathews

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t

       Received the Day of the within written indenture of the within mentioned Isaac
       Gibbs the sum of six hundred and seventy five pounds current money of
       Maryland being the Consideration money within mentioned to be paid by
       him to me
