Ex.d
                This Indenture made the twenty ninth Day of October in the Year
       of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five  Between James
       Heath of Baltimore County in the province of Maryland Gentleman of the
       one part and Isaac Gibbs of Cecil County in the Province af.d merchant
       of the other part Witnesseth That for and in consideration of the sum of
       six hundred and seventy five pounds current money of Maryland to him the
       James Heath in had paid by the af.d Isaac Gibbs at or before the
       Ensealing and Delivery of these presents the receipt whereof he the said
       James Heath doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully satisfied
       and paid and of every part and parcell thereof doth clearly exonerate acquit
       and Discharge the said Isaac Gibbs his heirs Executors administrators and
       assigns and every of them forever by these presents have granted, bargained
       sold aliend, enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents
       doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto the said Isaac
       Gibbs his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that part or parcel of Land being
       part of two Tracts of Land called Heaths Level parcel and Sedgfeild lying
       and being in Cecil County af.d and Beginning for the said part or parcel
       of Land hereby granted bargained sold aliend enfeoffed released & confirmed at
       a Cedar post marked with twelve notches standing at the End of the first
       Line of a Tract or parcel of Land now held and being in the possession
       of a certain Charles Heath and James Heath the younger being East
       South East three hundred and twenty perches from the Beginning
       thereof and running from thence South South West Sixty perches then
       South seventy one Degrees East one hundred & fifty seven perches then
       North forty three Degrees and one half Degree East sixty two perches
       then North North West one hundred and two perches then North East
       one hundred & eighty two perches and from thence to a certain John
       Hoods Corner in Murpheys Feild and from thence with said Hoods
       Head Line South sixty two Degrees west one hundred & forty two perches
       then South South West fifty perches then West North West five perches
       and from thence with a streight Line to the place of Beginning containing
       Two hundred and fifty seven & a half acres of Land more or Less
       To have and to hold the said part or parcell of Land hereby granted
       bargained sold aliend enfeoffed released and confirmed together with all
       the Estate Right Title Claim Interest and Demand whatsoever of him the
       said James Heath into or out of the same part or parcel of Land with
       its appurtenances unto the said Isaac Gibbs his heirs and assigns
