       unto the Sum of seven hundred and Twenty five Pounds Current Money on
       the sixth day of April which will be in the Year of our Lord Seventeen
       Hundred and seventy seven together with the Interest thereof to be Yearly
       paid unto the said Amos Garrett and the said Aquila Hall their Heirs
       Exrs Admrs or Assigns Proportionably to each of them according to their
       said Sums and Interest without Deduction or Abatement of the
       Principal Sums and Interests aforesaid on any Account or Pretence
       whatsoever that then this Present Indenture and every matter Clause
       and thing herein Contained shall Cease Determine & be Void any thing
       herein Contained to the Contrary Notwithstanding And the said Bennett
       Mathews for himself his Heirs Exrs and Admrs doth hereby Covenant
       Promise and grant to and with the said Amos Garrett and the said
       Aquila Hall their Heirs Exrs Admrs and Assigns seperately and
       not jointly by these that he the said Bennett Mathews his Heirs Exrs
       or Admrs shall and will well and truly pay or Cause to be paid
       unto the said Amos Garrett his Exors Admrs or Assigns the aforesaid
       Sum of Five hundred Pounds Current Money and the Interest thereof
       and unto the said Aquila Hall his his Exrs Admrs or Assigns
       the aforesaid Sum of Two hundred & twenty five Pounds Current Money
       and the Interest thereof by the Day and Time before mentioned for
       Payment thereof according to the true Intent & meaning of these
       Presents the Payments to be made to the said Amos Garrett and
       Aquila Hall their Heirs Exrs Admrs or Assigns Seperately and not
       Jointly as aforesaid And the said Bennett Mathews for himself
       his Exrs and Administrators to and with the said Amos Garrett
       and Aquila hall their Heirs Exrs Administrators and Assigns doth
       Covenant and Agree that they the said Amos Garrett and Aquila
       Hall their Heirs and Assigns on the Premeses may Enter and the
       same Have hold and Peaceably Enjoy without the Let Trouble or
       Molestation of him the said Bennett Mathews and his Heirs
       And Lastly that he the said Bennett Mathews and his Heirs
       from and after the said Breach the hereby granted Premises
       with their and every of their Appurtenances unto the said Amos
       Garrett and Aquila Hall their Heirs Exrs Admrs and Assigns as
       Tennants in Common and not as Joint Tennants against him the
       said Bennett Mathews and his Heirs and all and every other
       Person and Persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming or which shall
       and may at any Time or Times hereafter Lawfully Claim by from
       or under him shall & will Warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents
       In Witness whereof the said Bennett Mathews hath hereunto set his
       hand and Affixed his Seal the day and Year aforesaid
       Signed Sealed & Delivered      The words (doth Covenant & Agree)
