       with their Appurtenances in all Things according to the Usual Course order and
       Form of common Recoveries with Double Voucher for Assurance of Lands in such
       Cases used And it is further Covenanted concluded declared and fully agreed
       by and between all the said Parties to these Presents for themselves & their Heirs
       and it is there true Intent and Meaning that the said Common Recovery so as  
       aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had suffered or executed of for or upon
       the said Tract or parcel of Land or any part thereof and the full Force Effect
       and Execution thereof and also all and every common Recovery & Recoveries
       had made suffered or executed or to be had made suffered or executed of for
       or upon the Premises or any part thereof to which the said Parties to these
       Presents or any of them is or are or shall be Parties or Party or Privy shall be
       and Enure and shall be Construed expounded deemed and taken to be and enure
       to the only proper use and Behoof of the said Samuel Chew his Heirs and
       Assigns for ever and to or for no other use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       And the said John Moore and Cassandra his wife for themselves their Heirs
       Executors and Administrators do and each of them Doth hereby Covenant
       promise grant and Agree to and with the aforesaid Samuel Chew his Heirs
       and Assigns that they the said John Moore and Cassandra his wife the said
       Tract or parcel of Land with its Appurtenances to him the said Samuel Chew
       his Heirs and Assigns from and against them the said John Moore and
       Cassandra his wife and each of them and their and each of their Heirs
       and also from and against the Heirs Devisees and Donees of Thomas
       Sterling Deceased the Ancestor of the ^afore^said Cassandra and all Person and
       Persons whatsoever claiming by from or under the said Thomas Sterling
       or his Heirs Devisees or Donees shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend
       by these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto interchangeably set their Hands and Affixed their Seals the day

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Received on the day and Year first within Written of and from the within
       Named Samuel Chew the sum of five Hundred and fifty Pounds being
       the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to us
       We said received by
       Witness W.m Hayward
                                                                                              Jn.o Moore

       On the Eighteenth Day of April Seventeen Hundred and Seventy Came before me
       the subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within Named John
       Moore and Cassandra his Wife Samuel Chew and Baker Johnson & severally
       Acknowledged the within Instrument of Writing to be their respective Act
       and Deed and the Tract or parcel of Land within mentioned with the
       Appurtenances to be the Right and Estate of the said Samuel Chew
       according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same Deed And on the
       same day and year the aforesaid Cassandra being by me Privately
       Examined apart from and out of the Hearing of her said Husband did
       repeat and make such her Acknowledgment aforesaid that the within
