       hold the said Tract or parcel of Land and all and singular the Premisses
       with their Appurtenances to the said Samuel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns
       forever to the only use and Behoof of the said Samuel Dorsey his heirs and
       assigns forever and the said John Kent for himself and his Heirs the
       said Tract or Parcell of Land and all and singular the Premisses with
       their and every of their appurtenances unto him the said Samuel Dorsey his
       Heirs and assigns against him the said John Kent his Heirs and Assigns
       and all Persons claiming by, from or under him or any of them shall
       and will warrant and forever Defend In Witness whereof the Parties to these
       Presents have hereunto interchangeably Settheir Hands and seals the Day
       and year first above written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written viz

             Ann Arundel County fs.t Be it remembered that the within named
       John Kent came before us the subscribers two of the Right Honourable the
       Lord Proprietary's Justices of the Peace for Ann Arundel County, and acknowledged
       the within Deed to be his act and the Lands and Premisses with their
       appurtenances thereby Bargained and sold to be the Estate of the within
       named Samuel Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns forever    Taken and
       Acknowledged   Certifyed before us This Twenty Third Day of December
       in the year of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred & sixty Two
             Recorded 11.th January 1766
