(69) Fifteen Degrees west fourteen Perches then with the aforesaid Tract of Land called the Resurvey on Choice North twenty three degrees and an half degree west Seventy Perches then North fifty one degrees west Twenty Perches south Eighty six degrees west Seventy two Perches South Thirty three degrees west Thirty six perches south thirty four degrees west seventy perches south thirty five degrees East Forty Perches South fifty Seven degrees west Forty perches south Fifteen degrees East one Hundred perches south sixty seven Degrees East one hundred and sixty perches to the Beginning Trees of Last Shift it being the end of the third Line of a Tract of Land called the Wolf Pitt then south sixty seven degrees East Thirty Seven perches to the sixth Line of the Wolf Pitt then with said Land north fifty two degrees East one Hundred and ten perches south twenty Six degrees East one Hundred and sixteen Perches south Forty seven degrees west forty one perches to the end of the last course of a Tract of Land called Stone acre then with the Giving Line of the said Land South Thirty four degrees East one Hundred and Thirty Five perches to the Beginning Tree of said Land then north thirty degrees East six perches to the fifth Line of a Tract of Land called Rockey Creek then with said Land North Fifty Eight perches then by a straight line to the Beginning Trees Containing and Laid out for Eight Hundred and five Acres of Land be the same more or Less Except and always Reserved out of the said Tract of Land called Peirpoints discovery all that part of the said Tract comprehended within the Lines and Boundaries of an Elder Survey called deep run containing in the same Elder Survey the Quantity of Thirty Eight Acres or Thereabouts To have and to hold all and singular the said Premisses with the Appurtenances thereunto Belonging (except as before Excepted) unto the Said William Richardson his Heirs and Assigns forever And the said William Hall for himself his heirs executors and administrators doth hereby covenant and agree to and with the said William Richardson his heirs and assigns that he the said William Hall his heirs executors and administrators the Aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land and premisses with the appurtenances (except as before is excepted) unto him the said William Richardson his heirs and assigns as well against him the said William Hall and his heirs as against (all) |
