(68) Richardson the Sum of five Shillings being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be paid, I say Received by me Test Henry Hall Will.m Hall of E R H Ridgely 6½ s.ds Recorded 1.st November 1765 Examined This Indenture made this Eighth Day of October in the Year of our Lord Seventeen Hundred and Sixty five Between William Hall of Ann Arundel County on the one Part and William Richardson of Frederick County on the other part Witnesseth that the said William Hall for and in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred & Eighty three pounds current money to him in hand paid by the said William Richardson at or before the ensealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Hath Bargained Sold Granted Released and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Bargain sell grant Release and confirm unto the said William Richardson in His Actual Possession now being by Virtue of a Bargain and sale to him thereof made for one whole year bearing date the day next before the Day of the Date of these Presents and by Force of the Statute for Transferring Uses into Possession, and to his Heirs and Assigns forever, All That Tract or Parcell of Land Lying near Frederick Town in Frederick County called Pierpoints Discovery Resurveyed Beginning at the original beginning Trees and running thence North Eighty nine degrees East Eighty Perches to the end of the third Line of a Tract of Land called Rockey Creek then with said Land North by East ninety Perches to the Last line of Dickson's Struggle ten perches from the End thereof then with said land Reversed north Eighty degrees west thirty Perches North one hundred perches soth sixty three degrees west one hundred and fifty five perches North fifty five perches, to the Fourteenth line of a Tract of Land called the resurvey on Choice thirty perches from the end thereof then with said Land West thirty perches South one hundred and twenty four perches to the fourth Line of the original twenty perches from the end thereof then with the original North Fifty one degrees west Twenty perches South Seventy nine degrees west Sixty perches south Forty one degrees and an half degree west fourteen perches south (Fifteen) |
