       all and every other person or persons whatsoever Shall and will
       forever warrant and Defend by these presents In Witness whereof
       the said Parties have hereunto set their Hands and seals the day

       William Richardson the sum of Five Hundred & Eighty Three pounds
       current money being the consideration money within mentioned to be paid

       Ann Arundel County  On the Eighth day of October in the year of
       our Lord seventeen Hundred and sixty five came the within named
       William Hall before us two of the Right Honourable the Lord Proprietarys
       Justices of the peace for Ann Arundel County and acknowledged the
       within Deed to be his Act and the Lands and Premisses with the appurtenances
       thereby Bargained and sold to be the Estate of the within named
       William Richardson his Heirs and Assigns for ever Taken and Certified according
       to act of assembly before

       Ann Arundel County On the EIghth day of October in the year of our
       Lord seventeen hundred and sixty five came before us Rachel Hall
       wife to the within named William Hall and being by us Privately
       Examined out of the hearing of her said Husband declared and
       acknowledged that she consented to the within Deed being
       made and freely Relinquished her Right of Dower to the within
       land and premisses and that she made the above acknowledgment
       and Relinquishment willingly and Freely and without being
       induced thereto by Force or Threats of ill usage by her Husband
       or fear of his Displeasure Taken and certified according to act
       of assembly   By us
