       East one hundred Perches South Sixty Seven degrees East one hundred
       and sixty perches to the Beginning Trees of last Shift it being the end of
       the third Line of a Tract of Land called the Wolf Pitt then south sixty seven
       Degrees East thirty seven Perches to the sixth line of the Wolf Pitt then
       with said Land north fifty two Degrees Eat one hundred and Ten perches
       South Twenty six Degrees East one hundred and sixteen perches south
       Forty seven Degrees west forty one Perches to the end of the Last Course
       of a Tract of Land called Stone acre then with the Giving Line of the
       said Land South Thirty four degrees East one hundred and Thirty five
       perches to the Beginning Tree of said Land then north Thirty degrees
       East six perches to the fifth Line of a Tract of Land called small hope
       then with the said Land North one hundred and Ten Perches East Fourteen
       perches north two hundred and Fifteen perches East Thirty perches
       to the Third Line of a Tract of Land called Rockey Creek then with said
       Land North Fifty Eight perches then by a Straight Line to the Beginning
       Tree Containing and Laid out of Eight Hundred and five Acres of Land be
       the same more or Less Except and always Reserved out of the said Tract of
       Land called Pierpoints Discovery all that Part of the said Tract comprehended
       within the Lines and Boundaries of an Elder Survey called deep run
       Containing in the same Elder Survey the Quantity of Thirty Eight acres
       or thereabouts To Have and to hold the said premisses with the Appurtenances
       hereby Bargained and sold or mentioned or intended to be hereby
       Bargained and sold except as before excepted unto the said William
       Richardson his executors administrators & assigns from the day next
       before the Day of the Date of these presents for during and unto the
       full End and Term of one whole year from thence next insuing and fully
       to be Compleat and Ended To the intent and Purpose that the said William
       Richardson may be the Better Enabled to Receive and Take a Grant or
       Release of the Premisses Hereby Bargained and sold or mentioned or
       intended to be hereby Bargained and Sold to him and his heirs In
       Witness whereof the said parties have Hereunto set theirs hands and
       Seals the day and Year first above written
