673 Walter Beall doth hereby acknowledge and of every part thereof doth discharge and Acquit the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them have given granted bargained Sold and Confirmed and by these Presents do give grant Bargain sell and Confirm unto the said Jeremiah Beall in his Actual Possession now being his Heirs and Assigns all that Tract of Land lying in the County aforesaid being part of a Tract of Land called Labyrinth begining in the forty second Line of the Original at the end of forty seven Perches on said Line which Line is South fifty degrees East runing thence South fifty deg.s East one Hundred and one Perches North Thirty five deg.s East Eighty Perches North Thirty two deg.s West Sixty Perches then with a Streight Line to the Begining containing and Laid out for fifty Acres of Land more or Less together with all and Singular the Buildings Appurtenances and Advantages To Have and to Hold the said Parcel of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances unto the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to him and there only proper use and Behoof and the said Walter Beall for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth by these Presents Covenant Promise grant and Agree to and with the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs and Assigns for ever hereafter shall and may Quietly and Peaceably have hold possess and Enjoy the aforesaid parcel of Land so as aforesaid Described to Lay within the Bounds and Lines above mentioned and hereby bargained and sold or hereby Intended to be bargained and sold does Contain Fifty Acres of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances unto him the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs and Assigns for ever shall and will Warrant and Defend from all Persons whatsoever Claiming from by or under him his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns and Lastly the said Walter Beall his Heirs and Assigns shall and will at any Time hereafter at the Reasonable request of him the said Jeremiah Beall his Heirs and Assigns his or there Council Learned in the Law make do or suffer to be Executed any further Deed or Instrument of Writing Provided the same do not Extend further then a Special Warranty In Witness whereof the said Walter Beall hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and year above Written Signed Sealed and delivered in Presence of T Sprigg Wootton Mich.l Cresap Walter Beall (Seal) NB.
