       Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them for ever by these
       Presents he the said Daniel Dulany Hath bargained sold Aliened released and
       Confirmed and by these Presents doth bargain Sell Alien release and confirm unto
       the said Samuel Beall and his Heirs all those the said Several Lands and
       Premises herein before Distinguished by the Names of the Dwelling Plantation
       of the said Samuel Beall being part of Charles and William also the said part
       of a Tract of Land called Benjamin And also all the said part or parcel of the
       said called the Addition to Mill Seat in and by the said recited Indenture
       of Mortgage granted unto the said Daniel Dulany and Vested ^in^ him as aforesaid
       And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders of the same
       Several Lands and Premises and also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Daniel Dulany
       of in or unto the said Lands and Premises To Have and to Hold the
       aforesaid Lands and Premises and Premises and every part & parcel of
       them with their Appurtenances unto the said Samuel Beall his Heirs
       and Assigns forever to the only proper use and behoof of Samuel Beall
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Daniel Dulany for himself
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators and every of them doth hereby
       Covenant promise and Agree to and with the said Samuel Beall his
       Heirs and Assigns that he the said Daniel Dulany hath not at any
       time heretofore made done or committed or Wittingly or Willingly Consented
       unto or suffered to be made done or Com^m^itted any Act matter Deed or thing
       whatsoever whereby or by reason or means whereof the said Lands and
       Premises or any part thereof is can or may be impeached charged or
       incumbered in Title or Estate or otherwise howsoever In Witness whereof
       the said Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands and
       Seals the day and Year first above Written
       Sealed and Delivered

       Year of our Lord seventeen hundred and seventy Came before me the within
       Daniel Dulany Esq.r and Acknowledged the within Deed according to the
       Form of the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided

          This Indenture made the Twenty second of March in the Year
       of our Lord one Thousand seven hundred and Seventy Between
       Walter Beall of Frederick County in the Province of Maryland of
       the one part and Jeremiah Beall of the County and Province aforesaid
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Walter Beall for and in
       Consideration of the Sum of Fifty Pounds Cur.cy to him in hand
       paid by the said Jeremiah Beall the receipt whereof the said
