(66) Heirs & Assigns, according to the true intent and meaning of the said writing and the act of assembly in such cases made and provided Taken & Acknowledged Before Jn.o Brice Recorded 31.st October 1765 8½ s.ds Examined This Indenture made this Seventh Day of October in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and sixty Five Between William Hall of Ann Arundel County on the one Part and WIlliam Richardson of Frederick County on the other part Witnesseth that the said William Hall for and in consideration of the sum of five Shillings Current Money to him in hand paid by the said William Richardson at and before the ensealing & Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath Bargained and sold and by these presents doth Bargain and Sell unto him the said William Richardson all That Tract or Parcell of Land Lying near Frederick Town Frederick County called Pierpoints Discovery Resurveyed Beginning at the original Beginning Trees and runing thence North Eighty nine degrees East Eighty Perches to the end of the third Line of a Tract of Land called Rockey Creek then with said Land North by East ninety eight Perches to the last line of Dickson's Struggle Ten perches from the end thereof, then with said Land Reversed north Eighty degrees West Thirty perches North one hundred perches South sixty three degrees West one hundred and fifty five perches North Fifty five perches to the fourteenth Line of a Tract of Land called the Resurvey on Choice Thirty perches from the End thereof then with the said Land West Thirty perches South one hundred and twenty four perches to the fourth Line of the original Twenty perches from then end Thereof then with the original North Fifty one degrees West Twenty perches South seventy nine Degrees West Sixty perches south Forty one Degrees and an half degrees west fourteen perches So^u^th fifteen degrees west fourteen perches then with the aforesaid Tract of land called the Resurvey on Choice North Twenty three degrees and an Half degree, West seventy perches then North fifty one Degrees West Twenty perches South Eighty six Degrees West seventy two Perches south thirty three degrees west thirty six perches south Thirty four degrees West Seventy perches South thirty five degrees East forty perches South Fifty Seven degrees West forty perches south Fifteen degrees (East) |
