       Seventy five degrees West Thirty six Perches then North fifteen degrees East Seventy
       Perches then South Eighty three degrees East twenty Perches then North forty two
       degrees East forty Perches thence North five degrees West Thirty six Perches then
       North thirty eight degrees West Seventy Perches to the Begining of the South sixty
       five degrees West Ninety fore Perch Line of the Originall then Bounding on the
       Originall Lines as follows Viz South Sixty five degrees West Ninety four
       Perches then South five degrees West fifty Perches then South Thirty eight
       degrees West Sixty Perches then South thirty seven degrees East fifty Perches
       the South twelve degrees East forty Perches then South Sixty degrees East
       Twenty Perches then South Twenty nine degrees West Thirty nine Perches
       then South ten degrees East fifty Perches North Seventy eight degrees East
       Sixty Perches and then with a Streight Line to the Place of Begining
       Containing Layed out for one Hundred and Eighty five Acres of Land more or
       Less together with all and Singular the Premises and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or in any ways appertaining To Have and to Hold
       the said Land and Premises with there Appurtenances unto him the said
       John Glover his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to the only use and behoof
       of him the said John Glover his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said John
       Dorsey for himself and his Heirs Exect.s and Admint.s Doth hereby Covenant
       and Agree to and with the said John Glover his Heirs and Assigns that he the
       said John Dorsey his Heirs and Assigns shall and will Warrant and for
       ever defend the said Land and Premises with there Appurtenances against
       all manner of Persons claiming or which may hereafter Claim any Right
       Title or Interest of in or to the same or any part or parsell thereof of and from all
       other Defects and Incumbrances whatsoever and Lastly that he the said
       John Dorsey doth further Covenant promise and Agree for himself his Heirs
       Exec.rs Admint.rs to and with the said John Glover his Heirs and Assigns
       that he the said John Dorsey his Exec.rs and Admin.rs shall and will from
       time to time and all times hereafter at the reasonable request of the said
       John Glover his Heirs and Assigns make such further and other Grant
       and Assurance for the more sure making and Confirming the said Land
       and Premises unto the said John Glover his heirs and Assigns for ever according
       to the true Intent and meaning hereof as he or they by his Counsell Learned in
       the Law reasonably devised Advised or required In Witness whereof the said
       John Dorsey hath hereunto set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day & Year
       first above Written

          On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       Rec.d Mar 31 1770 of John Glover Sixty two pounds ten Shillings Current Money
       it being the Consideration for the within Land and Premises

       On the 31.st day of March 1770 Came John Dorsey partie to the within Deed before us
       two of his Lordships Justices for Ann Ard.l County and Acknowledged the
       within Indenture to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises
