       and now Laid out for Two Hundred and Seventy Acres of Land more or Less
       together with all and Singular the Premises with the Appurtenances thereunto
       belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to Hold the said Land
       and Premisses with its Appurtenances unto him the said John Worthington
       Warfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Brice Warfield West
       Burgess Ruth Warfield Deborah Burgess and Caleb Burgess for themselves
       and their Heirs do hereby Covenant and Agree to and with the said John
       Worthington Warfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever that they the said
       Brice Warfield West Burgess Ruth Warfield Deborah Burgess and Caleb
       Burgess the said Lands and Premisses with its Appurtenances unto him
       the said John Worthington Warfield his Heirs and Assigns shall & will
       Warrant and for ever defend against all Manner of Persons claiming or
       shall or may lay any claim to the said Land and Premises with it's  
       Appurtenances or any part thereof by from or under them the said Brice
       Warfield West Burgess Ruth Warfield Deborah Burgess and Caleb Burgess
       ^or their Heirs & the said Brice Warfield West Burgess Ruth Warfield Deborah Burgess & Caleb Burgess^ for themselves and their Heirs do further covenant and agree to and
       with the said John Worthington Warfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever
       that they the said Brice Warfield West Burgess Ruth Warfield Deborah
       Burgess and Caleb Burgess shall and will from Time to TIme and at all
       times for ever hereafter do make acknowledge and Execute or cause to be
       made done acknowledged and Executed every such Deed or other Instrument
       of Writing as shall by the said John Worthington Warfield his Heirs or Assigns
       or his or their Counsel Learned in the Law be Devised or Advised for the
       further and better Assureance Surety and suremaking of all and Singular
       the said Land and Premises with its Appurtenances unto him unto him
       the said John Worthington Warfield his Heirs and Assigns for ever In
       Witness whereof the said Brice Warfield West Burgess Ruth Warfield
       Deborah Burgess and Caleb Burgess have hereunto set their hands and

       November 16.th 1769  Before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the
       Provincial Court came the within Named Brice Warfield West Burgess Ruth
       Warfield Deborah Burgess and Caleb Burgess and acknowledged the
       within Indenture to be their Act & Deed & the Land & Premises therein
       mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the within named John Worthington Warfield
       his ^Heirs & Assignes^ Assigns for ever according to the True Intent & meaning of the same and the
8½ Sides   Act of Assembly in that Case made & Provided
       Recorded 15.th day March 1770         Taken Before      J B Bordley
