        & Tylers Chance Beginning for said Land at a Bounded Poplar
       Tree it being the Second Bounded Tree of a parcell of Said Ridgelys
       and Tylers Chance heretofore bought out of said Tract by
       Lewis Duvall and called the Cowpen Running with the said Land
       south Twenty five degrees East Eighty perches to a Bounded Red
       Oak being Another Bounded tree of the Cowpen thence south
       Seventy Five & a half degrees west one hundred and forty five perches
       to a Bounded Hiccory and Stile South Seventy two and a half
       degrees west twelve perches to the south thirty degrees East Line
       of the whole Tract then with said Line Reverst North thirty
       degrees West one hundred & twenty Three perches to A Bounded
       White Oak the Second Boundary of the whole Tract then with
       a direct Line to the Beginning containing and now laid out
       for Ninety Acres of Land more or Less, Together with all
       Messuages Tenements Dwelling Houses Out Houses with all
       their Appurtenances Rights Profits and Benefits thereunto
       Belonging or in any wise appertaining to the aforesaid Land
       with the reversion and Reversions remainder & remainders rents
       Issues and other profits of the said Premisses hereby granted
       Bargained Sold, Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and of every
       part and parcell thereof And also all the Estate Right Title
       Interest property Profit Claim & demand Whatsoever both
       in Law and Equity of the said Jacob Fowler therein & thereunto
       To have and to hold the said Tract of Land with the Edifices
       Improvements & Appurtenances thereunto Belonging and all &
       Singular other the premisses herein before mentioned or intended
       to be hereby Granted Bargained Sold Enfeoffed & Confirmed and every
       part & parcell thereof unto the said Henry Hall his heirs &
       assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him the Said Henry
       Hall & his heirs & assigns forever and to or for no other use intent or
       purpose Whatsoever: And the said Jacob Fowler for himself his heirs
       executors & administrators doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with
       the said Henry Hall his heirs & assigns by these presents that he
       the said Jacob Fowler and his heirs shall & will from time
       to time and at all times hereafter warrant and defend the aforesaid
       tract of land with the appurtenances herein before
       Granted Bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed from
