(63) undivided moiety of Watkins his Purchase suffered in April Provincial Court 1758 John Watkins the Tenant Philip Hammond and John Brice to Samuel Galloway Deed of Watkins's undivided moiety of these two Tracts 23.d May 1758 recorded in Ann.l County Land Records BB N.o 2 fol.o 147 Stephen Watkins made a Lease and Release of his undivided moiety of these Lands to Sam.l Smith to make him Tenant of the Freehold which are recorded in the Provincial Land Records and in April Term 1759 a Common Recovery was Suffered in which John Hammond Dorsey was Demandant But the Tract called Watkins's Inheritance being omitted in all the Deeds and Recoveries tho' intended to be included John Watkins to Samuel Galloway Lease and Release of his undivided moiety of Watkins's Inheritance recorded in the Prov.l Land Records DD N.o 2 387 389 and Common Recovery suffered in April 1763 to Galloways use John Rogers Demandant Thomas Sprigg Demandant against Stephen Watkins Tenant Common Recovery of Stephen's undivided moiety of Watkins's Inheritance suffered in April Term 1763 Stephen Watkins and Samuel Galloway made Partition by Deeds recorded in the Provincial Land Records Recorded 31.st October 1765 Examined This Indenture made this thirty first day of October seventeen hundred and sixty Five Between Jacob Fowler of Prince Georges County planter of the one part and Henry Hall of Ann Arundel County Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that the Said Jacob Fowler for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty Three pounds Eleven Shillings & Eleven pence St.g to him in hand paid at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge thereof & therefrom doth hereby release acquit & Discharge the said Henry Hall his Heirs Executors and Administrators hath granted bargained Sold aliened enfeoffed & confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain Sell alien enfeoff & Confirm unto the said Henry Hall his heirs & assigns the following tract or Parcell of Land Lying in Prince Georges County afs.d called & known by the name of Ridgeleys & |
