627 Absolutely give grant bargain Sell Alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto the said Benjamin Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns for ever all such Moiety or part of a Tract of Land Coled Favour and Ease Situated and Lying in Baltimore County Buted and Bounded as hereafter mentioned that is to say Beginning at the End of the Eleventh Cours of Will.m Aldredges part of the said Tract which said Cours is North Twenty eight perches and running thence South Twenty six degrees East One hundred and Twenty six perches ^thence South Thirty fore perches thence North Eighty four degrees East Eighty perches thence South &^ thence North Forty fore Degrees East Thirty fore Perches thence North Forty eight degrees East Thirty six perches North forty degrees East Forty Perches North Thirty two degrees East Twenty two perches North Sixty eight degrees West Thirty eight perches North five and a half degrees West one Hundred and Ten Perches then with a Strait Line to the first beginning Containing and Laid out for One Hundred & Eighty eight Acres of Land more or Less Together with all and Singular the Premisses and Appurtinances thereunto belonging or in any wise Appurtaining To Have and to Hold the said One hundred & Eighty Eight Acres of Land as affs.d Together with all & singular the Premisses and Appurtenances unto the said Benjamin Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns for ever to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Benjamin Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Will.m Aldredge and his Heirs the said One Hundred and Eighty Eight Acres of Land unto the said Benjamin Gassaway and his Heirs In Manner and form afsd Conveyed against him the said Will.m Aldredge and his Heirs and against all and every other person and Persons whatsoever shall and will Warrant and forever Defend and the said Will.m Aldredge Doth for himself his Heirs Executors Administrators Covenant Promise grant and Agree to and with the said Benjamin Gassaway his Heirs & Assigns that he the said Benjamin Gassaway his Heirs shall and may Peaceably and Quietly have hold Occupy possess and Enjoy the said Barganed Premisses with their Appurtenances free from the Lett Suit Molestation or Interuption of any Person or Persons whatsoever and further that he the said William Aldredge and his Heirs shall upon Request and at the Charges in the Law of him the said Benjamin Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns make due Suffer Acknowledge and Execute any other or further Act or Acts thing or things in the Law whatsoever that shall by the said Benjamin Gassaway his Heirs or Assigns his or their Council Learned in the Law be Reasonably Devised Advised or required for the better and more shore Making the said Bargained Premisses to the said Benjamin Gassaway his Heirs and Assigns for ever In Witness whereof the Party first above Writen hath hereunto Interchangeably set his hand and Affixed his Seal the Day and Year aforementioned Signed Sealed and Delivered Will.m Aldredge (Seal) In the Presents of us David Lynn Tho.s Price |
