625 one hundred and Seventy eight Perches then North fifty three Degrees and an half Each Sixty one Perches then north thirty Six Degrees West Sixty two perches then north nineteen Degrees & a half East Twenty Six Perches Then north thirty Six Degrees West Sixty Six Perches Then South Seven degrees East thirty three Perches then south Forty three Degrees and an half West one hundred and Fifty nine perches then north fifty eight Degrees ^West^ Fourteen Perches Then north thirty five Degrees East twenty seven perches Then north fifty five Degrees and a half West thirty Seven Perches then south thirty four Degrees West twenty nine Perches then North four Degrees West eighty Six Perches then South Eighty Degrees West Sixty four Perches then south twenty eight Degrees East Seventy four Perches then south Seventy Six Degrees East twenty one perches then south twenty two Degrees west thirty eight Perches thence with a Streight Line to the first begining Containing and laid out for One hundred Acres of land more or Less Together with all and Singular the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise Appurtaining To have and to hold the said one hundred Acres of Land and Premises with their Appurtenances unto him the said Benjamin Gassaway his heirs and Assigns forever and to none other use intent and Purpose whatsoever and the said Samuel Mansell for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant and agree to and with him the said Benjamin Gassaway his heirs Executors or Assigns that he the said Samuel Mansell shall and will from time to time hereafter warrant and forever Defend the said Benjamin Gassaway his heirs and Assigns all the above bargained Lands and Premises with their Appurtenances Claiming by from or under him the said Samuel Mansell his heirs and Assigns forever and the said Samuel Mansell for himself and his heirs doth hereby Covenant for himself and his heirs to and with him the said Benjamin Gassaway his heirs and Assigns that he the said Samuel Mansell & his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all Times hereafter do make acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be made done Acknowledged sufferred and Executed all and Every such Further and other act or Acts thing or things Assurances or Conveyances in the Law as by him the said Benjamin Gassaway his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law shall be from time to time Reasonably devised Advised for the further and better Assurance surety & sure making of all and Singular the premises hereby bargained and sold or intended to be hereby Bargained and sold according to the true intent and meaning of these presents In Witness whereof the Party to these presents hath hereunto set his hand and affix's his Seal the Day and year first above written Sign'd Seal'd and Delivered Samuel Mansell (Seal) in the presence of us David Lynn Tho Price On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t (Then) |
