       the beginning tree of Moores rest and runing thence north nineteen Degrees east twenty Perches
       then north five degrees West forty six Perches then north thirteen Degrees west sixty Perches
       then north forty eight degrees west ninety four perches then north Seventy five Degrees west twenty
       Perches then north Sixty Degrees west forty six perches then south west thirty five perches then south
       sixty seven Degrees West Nineteen Perches then south seven degrees East Ninety four perches
       then south sixty nine Degrees east thirty two Perches then south twenty four Degrees west  
       thirty eight Perches then south seventeen Degrees East Ninety four Perches then south sixty one
       Degrees East forty   Perches then south fifty eight Degrees West forty eight Perches then
       south fifty six Degrees East thirty Perches and then with a Straight Line to the first beginning
       tree containing and now laid out for two hundred and twenty five Acres of Land be the same
       more or less Together with all and Singular the Improvements Conveniencies and Advantages
       thereon or thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have & to hold the said Land
       and Premises with the Appurtenances to the said John Aldridge his heirs and Assigns forever
       to the only Proper use & behoof of the said John Aldridge his heirs and Assigns and to no
       other use intent and Purpose whatsoever   And the said Thomas Samuel & John Snowden
       for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators do Covenant and agree to and
       with the said John Aldridge his heirs and Assigns by these presents that they the said
       Thomas Samuel & John Snowden are Lawfully and rightfully seized of the said Premises in a
       sure and indefeazable Estate of inheritance in Fee Simple and have good Right Power and
       Authority to sell and Convey the same according to the true intent and meaning of these
       Presents and that the same and Every part thereof shall be by them and their heirs well and
       sufficiently warranted and Defended against all persons whatsoever claiming or to Claim
       by from or under them or any of them   In Witness whereof they have hereunto set their Hands
       and Seals the Day and Year first above written

                                                          On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit

       Received the Thirteenth Day of November 1769 of the within named John Aldridge the sum of Eighteen
       Pounds fifteen Shillings Sterling Money of Great Britain being the Consideration money
       within mentioned to be paid by him to us   As Witness our hands
