       of these presents for one whole Year commencing from the Day next before the Day of the
       Date thereof and by Force of the Statute for transferring uses into Possession) his heirs and
       Assigns all that tract of Parcell of Land Called Waugh Town beginning at a Spanish Oak
       standing by a small branch it being the north East Corner tree of Cuckold's Delight runing
       south with the said Land three hundred and Twenty Perches to a bounded Oak it being the south
       west Corner tree of the said Land and the Land of Benjamin Haddock and runing thence
       with the Lands of the said Haddock East North East two hundred and Sixty eight Perches
       to an Oak thence north three hundred and twenty perches to a marked Hiccory thence south
       West two hundred & Sixty eight ^Perches^ to the first bound Tree Containing four hundred and ninety two
       Acres of Land more or less Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways
       Waters Water Courses Commodities Previledges Improvements Emoluments Advantages
       and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same tract or parcel of Land belonging or
       Appertaining And the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and
       profits thereof or of any part thereof and also all the Estate right title interest use trust
       Property Claim and demand whatsoever of them the said Thomas Jones & Daniel Stephenson
       of in to or out of the aforesaid tract or parcel of Land or any part thereof To have and to hold
       the said tract or parcel of Land and all and singular the Premises with its rights members and
       Appurtenances to him the said Daniel Dulany junior his heirs and Assigns To the
       intent and purpose that the said Daniel Dulany junior may be and become
       Perfect Tenant of the Freehold and inheritance of the said Premises that a Common recovery may
       be had and Suffered against him in such manner as is herein after mentioned And for that
       Purpose it is hereby Covena^n^ted granted and agreed by and between all the said Parties to
       these Presents that before the end of the next May Provincial Court one or more
       writs of Entry sur disseisin enlepost at the Cost and Charges of him the said Daniel Stephenson
       shall and may be brought and Prosecuted against him the said Daniel Dulany
       Junior in the name of him the said Thomas Jenings as Plaintiff or Demandant therein
       of and for the aforesaid tract or parcel of Land and Premises with the Appurtenances
       by such name or names Quantity Quality number of Content of Acres of other Certainties
       and descriptions as shall be apt and Convenient in that behalf To which writ or writs
       the said Daniel Dulany junior shall appear Gratis in his proper person or by his
       Attorney or Attorneys lawfully authorized and shall vouch to warrant the Premisses
       the said Daniel Stephenson who shall likewise appear Gratis in his Proper
       Person or by his Attorney or Attorneys lawfully Authorized and shall and will enter
       into the said Warranty and vouch over to warrant the said Premises the said Thomas
       Jones who shall likewise appear Gratis in his proper person or by his Attorney
