       during and untill the full end & Term of one whole year from thence next ensuing and fully to be Compleat
       and ended To the intent and Purpose that by force and virtue of these Presents and of the Statute for
       Transferring Uses into Possession the said may be in the Actual Possession of the Premises and
       be thereby Enabled to take and accept a Grant and release of the Reversion & Inheritance thereof
       to him & his heirs forever In Witness Whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their
       hands and Affixed their Seals the Day and Year ^first^ above written

       On the twenty fourth Day of August Seventeen hundred & Sixty nine came the within Named Thomas
       Jones and Daniel Stephenson before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and
       Severally Acknowledged the within instrument of writing to be their respective Act & Deed
       to and for the uses and Purposes therein mentioned and According to Act of Assembly in
       in such case made and Provided before                              J Hepburn
          Recorded 25.th October 1769

       This Indenture made the twenty fourth Day of August in the year of our Lord Seventeen
       hundred and sixty nine Between Thomas Jones of Frederick County Planter and Daniel  
       Stephenson of Prince Georges County Merchant of the First Part Daniel Dulany junior
       of the second part and Thomas Jenings of the City of Annapolis of the third part Witnesseth that
       the said Thomas Jones and Daniel Stephenson for & in Consideration of the sum of five Shillings
       Sterling money to them in hand Paid by the said Daniel Dulany junior at and Before
       the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged and for
       the docking barring and extinguishing all estates tail and all reversions and remainders thereupon
       expectant or depending of & in the Land and Tenements and Hereditaments hereinafter mentioned
       they the said Thomas Jones and Daniel Stephenson by and with the Advice and Consent of the
       said Thomas Jenings testified by his being a party to and his sealing and Executing these Presents
       Have granted bargained sold Aliened released & Confirmed and by these Presents do grant
       bargain sell alien release and Confirm unto him the said                           (in his actual Possession
       now being by virtue of a Bargain and Sale to him thereof made by them the said Thomas Jones
       and Daniel Stephenson bearing Date the Day next before the Day of the Date
