(615) or Attorneys lawfull Authorized and shall and will enter into the said Warranty and vouch over to warrant the same Premises the Common Vouchee who shall thereupon Appear and enter into the said Warranty and after imparlance make Default and such further and other Proceedings shall be therein so that one or more good and perfect Common recovery or recoveries with treble Voucher for assurance of Lands in such Cases used and accustomed shall be had And it is hereby further Covenanted Concluded granted declared and fully agreed by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that from and after the Suffering and Perfecting the said Recovery or Recoverys as well these presents and the Assurance hereby made as also the Common Recovery or Recoverys so as aforesaid or in any other manner to be had suffered and perfected shall be and Enure and shall be Adjudged Construed deemed and taken and are and were meant and intended and are hereby Declared to be and enure that the said Thomas Jenings and all and every other person & Persons who shall be seised of the Premises or any part thereof by force or Virtue of the said Common recovery or recoverys shall stand and be seised thereof and of every part and parcel thereof with their and every of their Appurtenances to the only proper use and behoof of the said Daniel Stephenson his heirs and Assigns forever & to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their hands and affixed their seals the Day and year first within written Thoms Jones (seal) Signed Sealed and Delivered on the Premises in the Presence of Dan Stephenson (seal) David Craufurd John Campbell On the Back of the aforegoing deed was thus written Viz.t On the Day and year first within written received of and from the within named Daniel Dulany junior the sum of five shillings sterling money being the Consideration money within mentioned Witness David Craufurd John Campbell Thomas Jones Dan Stephenson On the twenty fourth Day of August seventeen hundred and Sixty nine came Thomas Jones & Daniel Stephenson the parties to within indenture and Severally Acknowledged the same to be their respective act and Deed to and for the uses and Purposes therein mentioned & according to the Act of Assembly in such Cases made and Provided Taken and acknowledged before me one his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the day and year aforesaid sides before J Hepburn Recorded 26.th October 1769 Ex.d This Indenture made this twenty eighth Day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and Sixty nine between Margaret Brown of Charles County Widow and Gustavus Richard Brown of Charles County Doctor of Medicine of the first Part and Thomas Stone of the same County attorney at Law of the second Part (and) |
