       or them shall and will from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter upon
       every reasonable Request and at the proper costs and charges in the Law
       of the said Thomas Sprigg his heirs or assigns make do acknowledge  
       levy suffer and execute or cause or procure to be made done acknowledged
       levied suffered and executed all and every such further and other Lawfull
       Act and Acts Thing and Things Devises Conveyances and Assurances
       in the Law whatsoever for the further better more perfect and absolute
       granting conveying and assuring of the said Premisses hereby granted
       bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be with
       the Appurtenances unto and to the use of the said Thomas Sprigg
       his heirs and assigns forever be the same by Fine Feoffment Common
       Recovery or any otherwise or in any other Manner whatsoever as by
       the said Thomas Sprigg his heirs or assigns or his or their Council  
       Learned in the Law shall be reasonable advised devised and required
       so as the Party or Parties who Shall be requested to make such further
       Assurances be not compelled or compellable for making or doing thereof
       to go or travel above five miles from his her or their respective Dwellings
       or places of Abode And the said Stephen Watkins doth hereby also for
       himself his heirs executors and administrators further covenant
       promise and grant to and with the said Thomas Spriggs his
       heirs and assigns that he the said Stephen Watkins hath not at any
       Time heretofore done or committed any Act Matter or Thing whatsoever
       whereby and by means whereof the said Premisses or any Part thereof
       is are shall or may be impeached charged or incumbred in Title Charge
       Estate or otherwise howsoever And the said Stephen Watkins doth likewise
       hereby for himself his heirs executors and administrators and
       every of them covenant grant promise and agree to and with the said
       Thomas Sprigg his heirs and assigns that he the said Stephen Watkins
       his heirs executors and administrators will at all Time and Times
       hereafter warrant and defend all and Singular the Premisses hereby
       granted bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be
       and every Part thereof to him the said Thomas Sprigg his heirs
       and assigns against all and every Person and Persons whatsoever
       In Witness whereof the Parties to these presents have hereunto
       interchangeably set their Hands and affixed their Seald the Day
       and year first above written
