       the Records of the Provincial Court of the Province of Maryland reference being thereunto
       had will more fully & at Large Appear   And Whereas nothing has been done in Virtue of the
       said Deed for upwards of these ten years past every thing before that time being Chiefly Satisfied
       And whereas the said first mentioned William being willing and desirous that if any part
       of the real Estate mentioned in the said recited Deed remains undisposed off that the said
       be vested in the said Alexander Cumming who is the heir at Law of the said William Cumming Esq.r

       Now This Indenture Witnesseth that the said first mentioned William Cumming for and
       Consideration of the sum of twenty Shillings Lawfull money of Great Britain to him in
       hand Paid by the said Alexander Cumming before the Insealing and delivery of these
       Presents the receipt whereof he doth hereby Acknowledge by these presents hath granted
       Bargained and sold aliened released & Confirmed and by these doth Grant
       Bargain & sell alien release & Confirm unto the said Alexander Cumming his heirs &
       Assigns forever all & Singular each & every Tenement Messuage ^Tract^ Piece or parcel of Land
       mentioned in the above recited Deed and Also the reversion or reversions Remainder or
       remainders Right Estate Interest benefit Claim & Demand Whatsoever of him the first
       mentioned William Cumming of in & to every part & Parcel of them and ^of^ in & to all yearly rents
       and profits reserved upon any demise or lease of the said premises or any part thereof to
       have & to hold the said Messuages and Tenements Tracts Pieces or parcells of Land
       together and all & singular the Premises mentioned in the above recited Deed with their
       and every of their Appurtenances to the said Alexander Cumming his heirs and Assigns
       forever to the only use and behoof of the said Alexander Cumming his heirs & Assigns
       forever more and the said First mentioned William Cumming further in the Consideration
       aforesaid hath granted yielded up Surrendered Remised and released and forever
       Quit unto the said Alexander Cumming his heirs and assigns forever all the right title
       Interest and Possession Claim & Demand Whatsoever in Law or Equity he hath in & to the
       said Messuages tenements of Lands and Premises mentioned within the above recited
       Deed In Witness whereof the parties the this presents have hereunto set their hands &
       Seals the Day & year first above written
          The word "Court" the eighteenth word in the sixth line being interlined   Will Cumming  (Seal)
       before Sealing & Delivery
          Sealed & Delivered in the presence of

          John Little           Paul + Gold     
                                           mark              On the Back of the aforegoing deed was thus Endorsed Viz.t

       The 27.th Day of July then received twenty Shillings Lawfull Money of Great Britain of the
       within named Alexander Cumming the Consideration Money within mentioned

       Know all men by these Presents that I the within named Cumming have made ordained Constituted
