       them Severally my Attornies to appear in the Provincial Court of the said Province of Maryland or
       before any one Justice thereof to Acknowledge the within Deed to be my act & Deed and the Land
       and Appurtenances therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named Alexander
       Cumming and his heirs according to the true intent and meaning of the within Deed and the Law
       of the said Province of Maryland in such case made and Provided In Witness whereof I have set
       my hand and affixed my seal hand & seal this twenty Seventh Day of July Seventeen hundred &

       On the fourth Day of October   One Thousand Seven hundred & Sixty nine Then Paul Gold Came before
       me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland and made
       Oath on the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God that he was Personally Present and did see
       the above named William Cumming Sign Seal and as his act & Deed Deliver the aforegoing
       Power of Attorney for the use & purpose therein mentioned according to the true intent and
       meaning thereof and that he also at the same time saw John Little the other Subscribing Witness
       Subscribe his Name as an Evidence to the Execution of the said Power of Attorney and that
       the names Paul Gold & John Little Subscribed as Evi
dences to the same Power are the hand
       writings of the said Paul Gold and John Little Respectively sworn to the Day & year aforesaid

       Baltimore County S.s  Be it remembered that on the fourth Day of October Anno Domini
       Seventeen hundred & Sixty nine then Benjamin Rogers one of the Persons Impowered by the within
       written Power of Attorney to Acknowledge the within Deed Came before me the Subscriber one of
       his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the within written Indenture
       to be the Act and Deed of the within mentioned William Cumming and the Lands & premises
       therein mentioned to be the right and Property of the within named Alexander Cumming
       his heirs and Assigns forever according to the true intent & meaning of the same
       Deed In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand the Day & year aforesaid

           This Indenture made this eighteenth Day of October in the year Seventeen hundred &
       Sixty nine   Between John Rogers of Prince Georges County of the one part and William
       Nelson of Charles County Planter of the other Part Whereas for docking barring
       and Extinguishing all Estates tail & reversions or remainders thereupon Expectant or
       Depending of and in the Lands and Appurtenances herein after mentioned the said
       John Rogers as Demandant did heretofore (at the request Cost and Charges of the ^afore^said
       William Nelson) Prosecuted and sue forth out of his Lordships high Court of Chancery
