and that he hath good Right full Power and Absolute Authority to sell and convey the same in manner and form aforesaid unto the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns for ever and also that the said Francis Hardisty his heirs executors and administrators and every of them shall and will at any Time hereafter when thereunto Requested by the said Thomas Sappington his heirs or assigns but at the cost and charges in the Law of the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns do make acknowledge suffer and execute any Deed Conveyance or Instrument of Writing as he the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns in his or their Counsel Learned in the Law shall reasonably advise devise or require for the further and Better assurance surety or sure making of the said Land and Premisses to him the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns for ever and that he the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns shall and may at all times hereafter for ever hold Have use occupy Possess and Enjoy, the said Land and Premisses Together with all and Singular the appurtenances without the Lott, Suit, Trouble or disturbance of him the said Francis Hardisty his heirs Executors or administrators or of any other Person or Persons whatsoever And Lastly that he the said Francis Hardisty his heirs executors administrators and every of them Shall and Will for ever Warrant and Defend the said Land and Premisses with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining unto him the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns for ever against all manner of Person or Persons whatsoever claiming or which may hereafter claim any Right Title or Interest of in or to the same in witness whereof the said Francis Hardisty hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year first above written Signed Sealed and delivered in Presence of John Burgess jun.r Mem.dom Reword ninth on the Francis Hardisty (seal) H Ridgley Top of the Deed was Insert.d before executed On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written viz.t Received October 29.th one thousand seven hundred and sixty five of the within named Thomas Sappington the sum £ of eighty pounds sterling money of Great Britain 80 serlg it being the consideration money within mentioned Witness Francis Hardisty John Burgess Jun.r H Ridgley Annarundel |
