of the sum of eighty Pounds sterg money to him in hand paid at or before the sealing and delivery of these Presents by the said Thomas Sappington the Receipt Whereof he the said Francis Hardisty doth hereby acknowledge and confess himself therewith to be fully satisfied contented and paid and thereof and therefrom doth exonerate acquit and discharge the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns for ever hath given granted bargained sold ^assigned^ aliened enfeoffed transfered and confirmed and by these Presents doth give grant bargain sell ^assign^ alien enfeoff transfer and confirm unto him the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns for ever Two hundred acres of Land, it being part of a greater Tract of Land called Flagg Bottom Lying and being in Prince Georges County between the paint and Piny Branches Beginning at a marked chesnut at a corner or head line of the said Tract of Land called Flagg Bottom and Running thence south sixty five degrees East Thirty four Perches then south Thirty six Degrees west one hundred and sixty Eight Perches then south Eight Degrees west one hundred and Seventy Three Perches then north sixty five Degrees west thirty five Perches then north one hundred and Eighty four Perches then south sixty one Degrees west one hundred and twenty seven Perches then north fifteen Degrees and a half west ninety one Perches then north sixty Degrees and a half east one hundred and twenty six Perches then south seventy one Degrees East forty three Perches then with a Streight Line to the first Beginning Tree containing and now laid out for Two hundred acres of Land more or Less Together with all Trees Timber Trees Woods and Underwoods Houses Orchards Gardens Fences and all other appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain^in^g To have and to hold the said Two hundred Acres of Land aforesaid and all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To him the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns and to the only use and behoof of him the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns for ever and the said Francis Hardisty for himself his heirs executors and administrators, and every of them doth covenant grant and agree to and with the said Thomas Sappington his heirs and assigns in manner and form following that is to say that the said Francis Hardisty is and now Stands Lawfully and Rightly seized of and in the Premisses and of and in every part and parcell thereof and |
