       Messuage of Ground & by Virtue of a Commission from Dan.l of S.t Tho.s
       Jenifer Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & receiver General

       recorded the 16.th Day of June 1769

       This Indenture made this fourth Day of July in the year of our Lord Seventeen
10½ sides   hundred and Sixty Nine Between Moses Maccubbin of Ann Arundel
       County in the province of Maryland planter of the one part and Richard
       Mackubin of the said County and province merchant of the other part witnesseth
       that the said Moses Maccubbin for and in Consideration of the Sum
       of three hundred pounds Current Money to him in hand paid at or before
       the Sealing and Deliver of these presents the Receipt whereof he Doth
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth hereby Release Acquit
       and Discharge the said Richard Mackubin his heirs Executors and administrators
       hath Granted bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed
       and by these presents doth Grant bargain Sell Alian Enfeoff and Confirm
       unto the said Richard Mackubin his Heirs and Assigns One half of that Tract
       or parcel of land Called Wardrop lying and being in Ann Arundel County
       near South River it being that part or half of said Tract or parcel of
       Land on which the said Moses Maccubbin now lives as allso two hundred
       Acres of Land lying in Fredrick County being part of a Resurvey on a
       Tract or parcel of Land called Moal Granted unto Benjamin Clary of
       Fredrick County Together with all and Singular the Edifices houses
       Buildings improvements and Appurtenances and the reversion and reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every
       Part and parcel thereof and allso all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Use Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said Moses
       Maccubbin and his heirs or into or out of the premisses and appurtenances
       and every part or parcell thereof To have & To hold the aforesaid
       two Tracts or parcels of Land and Other the Premisses with the appurtenances
       unto him the said Richard Mackubin his heirs and assigns to their own proper
       Use and Behooff and to and for no Other Use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever and the said Moses Maccubbin for himself his heirs Executors
       and administrators doth hereby Covenant grant and agree to and with the
       said Richard Mackubin his heirs and assigns that the said Moses Maccubbin
       his heirs Executors or Administrators the aforesaid two Tracts or parcels
       of Land with all and every its rights members and appurtenances from and
       against him the said Moses Maccubbin and his heirs and from and against
       all and every other person or persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claim from
       by or under him the said Moses Maccubbin or his heirs shall and will
       well and truly warrant and forever Defend by these presents unto the
