(585) said Richard Mackubin his heirs and assigns Provided allways and these presents are upon This Condition that if the said Moses Maccubbin his heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns do and Shall well and truly pay or cause to be paid unto the said Richard Mackubin or to his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid Sum of three hundred pounds Current Money with Legal Interest thereon in Spanis Dollars at Seven Shillings & Six pence each or Spanish Pistoles at twenty Seven Shillings each for the Redemption of the said Bargained premisses on or before the first Day of July which shall be in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Seventy One then and in such Case this present indenture and every Clause Article and thing herein Contained shall Cease Determine and becom absolutely void anything herein before Mentioned or Contained to the Contrary thereof in any wise Notwithstanding And the said Moses Maccubbin for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Richard Mackubin his Executors Administrators or Assigns that the said Moses Maccubbin his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns shall and will well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the said Richard Mackubin his Executors Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid Sum of three hundred pounds Current Money with legal interest thereon on or before the first Day of July which shall be in the year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and Seventy one according to the true meaning of the Proviso or Condition herein before Contained for and in the redemption of the primises In Witness whereof I the said Moses Maccubbin have hereunto Sett my hand and Seale the Day and year first above Written M Maccubbin (Seal) Sealed and Delivered In the Presence of Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer W.m Maccubbin On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed to wit Received this 4.th Day of July 1769 of the within named Richard Mackubin the Sum of three hundred pounds Current Money being in full for the Consideration Money within Mentioned Witness Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer M Maccubbin W.m Maccubbin On the 4.th day of July 1769 Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the provencial Court of Maryland Moses Maccubbin Party to the within Deed and ^did^ Acknowledge the same to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premises therein Mentioned to be the right and Estate of the said Richard Mackubin his heirs and assigns according to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such Case made and Provided Dan of S.t Tho.s Jenifer Recorded the 5.th Day of July 1769 |
