       Costs Charges and Expences and also the said debts interest and Costs that
       then the balance or Surplus thereof to be paid and Delivered over to the
       said John Wilmot his his Heirs Executors Administrators & Assignees in
       Manner and form following that is to say that he the said John Wilmot
       his Heirs Executors and Administrators the above Tracts or parcels of
       Land with their Appurtenances and also the said Slaves with their
       Increase to the said Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick their Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns against all manner of persons whatsoever
       shall and will warrant and forever hereafter Defend and
       further that they the said Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick
       their Heirs Executors Administrators or Assignees shall not be charged
       or in any manner chargeable with or for any monies on such Sale as
       aforesaid Other than such as they shall actually receive and in
       case Money shall not arise by such Sale and be actually received by
       the said Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick their Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assignees Sufficient to Pay Satisfie and discharge the Costs
       Charges and expences Aforesaid and also the whole of the Several Sums of
       Money or Debts due as aforesaid to the foresaid Nicholas Maccubbin James
       Dick John Hall James Dick and Thomas Richardson Nathan Hammond
       Richard Maccubbin and Samuel Gallaway with Interest and Costs that
       then he the said John Wilmot his heirs Executors and Administrators shall
       and will well and truly pay and make good the deficiency of all such Sum
       and Sums of Money as shall be and remain due to them respectively after the
       application of such Sums as shall be received and paid by the above said
       Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick to themselves and the other Several
       Claimants according to the priority of their Claims and Judgments and the
       said Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick for themselves their Heirs Executors
       Administrators or Assigns Do hereby Covenant and Grant to and with
       the said John Wilmot his Executors and Administrators that they the said
       Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick their heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assignees will set up and expose to Sale at Public vandue as soon as
       Conveniently may be after the execution of these presents and after Convenient
       public Notice thereof In the Gazette Sell and Convey the said
       Tracts or Parcels of Land and Negroes or such parts or parcels thereof as
       may be Necessary and the Monies thence arising and by them actually
       received will faithfully apply in the manner herein before expressed
       and that if any more money Shall be received by them the said
       Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick their Heirs Executors Administrators
       or Assigns than shall be Sufficient for the purposes aforesaid
       that then they the said Nicholas Maccubbin and James Dick their heirs
       Executors Administrators or Assignees shall and well and truly pay
       over the balance or Surplus thereof to the said John Wilmot his Executors
       Administrators or Assignees   In Witness whereof the parties have here
