       and assigns the said first Recited Deed of Indenture or Lease and the
       Premisses therein mentioned to be demised granted and to farm let and
       the whole Residue of the Term thereby demised or intended so to be and also
       all and every the Covenants Grants and Agreements mentioned and
       contained in the same Indenture and Likewise the said Recited Bond or
       obligation and also all Rents due and to grow due under or by virtue
       of the said Indenture of Demise made by him the said Cornelius
       Garrettson to the Aforesaid Nathaniel Waters and all and each and
       every of the covenants therein contained and all the Estate Right
       Title Interest Use Trust Claim and demand whatsoever of him the said
       Cornelius Garretson his Executors Administrators and Assigns of in
       to or under or by virtue of the ^said^ recited Indentures made by the said
       Walter Dulany to him the said Cornelius Garretson and by him the
       said Cornelius Garretson to the aforesaid Nathaniel Waters and each
       of them and the Bond aforesaid either in Law or Equity To have
       and to hold the said premisses hereby assigned or meant mentioned
       or intended so to be to the said Charles Wallace his Executors
       Administrators and Assigns And the said Cornelius Garretson
       for the consideration aforesaid hath also assigned transferred set over
       bargained and sold (and by these presents doth assign transfer set over
       bargain and sell to him the said Charles Wallace his Executors Adm.rs
       & Assigns the said Recited Indentures or Leases made by the said
       Robert Davidge and Michael Ruly to them the said Cornelius garretson
       & Nathaniel Waters and the premises therein mentioned to be demised
       or intended so to be and the Mill thereon now erecting and appurtenances
       thereon being or thereto belonging and all and every the Covenants Grants
       and Agreements mentioned and contained in the said last mentioned
       Indentures To have and to hold the said last mentioned premises
       hereby assigned transferred set over bargained and Sold or meant
       mentioned or intended so to be with appurtenances to him the
       said Charles Wallace his Executors Administrators and Assigns &
