       the aforesaid Cornelius Garretson for the consideration aforesaid
       hath also given sold transferred and delivered and by these presents
       doth give sell transfer and deliver to him the said Charles Wallace
       the Several personal Chattels following to wit one Negroman
       named London and one Negro wench named Cassy with her increase
       To have and to hold the Several personal Chattels aforesaid to him
       the said Charles Wallace his Executors Administrators & Assigns
       all and every of which premises herein before mentioned assigned
       transferred set over given bargained sold and delivered or meant
       mentioned ^or intended so to be subject to the trust herein after mentioned^ to wit That he the said Charles Wallace his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns Shall and will at either public or
       private Sale or sales as he in his own Descretion shall think
       best Sell assign and transfer the same Premises together or in
       such parts or parcels as he or they Shall think fit to any person
       or persons for the best price that he or they can get for the
       same in any speice of Money and the same money when Received
       apply in and towards the paym.t Satisfaction and discharge
       of the Charges of this Deed and Execution of Such Trust, the Debt
       Aforesaid due to the Aforesaid Charles Wallace and the principal
       and interest due and to grow due on the said Bonds to the aforesaid
       Stephen Bordley and David Ross and any Sum or Sums of Money
       or Tobacco that he the said Charles Wallace Shall or may lay
       out expend or pay for or by Reason of his becoming bound for
       the said Cornelius Garretson as aforesaid and the overplus if
       any pay and deliver to him the said Cornelius Garretson his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns and the said Cornelius Garretson
       for himself his heirs Executors and Administrators doth
       covenant & grant to and with the said Charles Wallace his Executors
       Administrators & Assigns in manner & form following to wit
       That he the said Cornelius Garretson his Executors Administrators
       & Assigns shall and will when requested make and execute
       to the purchaser or purchasers aforesaid proper Releases or
       other Deeds or writings of or for any the said premises to be
