       the said Circle to the Eastermost Side of South Street then
       running with the said Eastermost Side of South Street South
       thirty feet & thence running South thirty three degrees East Sixty
       three feet and half a foot & thence with a Streight Line to the
       beginning Locust Post containing Six thousand Eight hundred
       and Twenty two and a half square feet for the term of years &
       under the Rents Covenants and Agreeaments in the said last
       recited Indenture expressed And whereas Robert Davidge by
       Indenture dated on or about the twentieth day of March one thousand
       Seven hundred and sixty four did demise to him the said Cornelius
       Garretson and a certain Nathaniel Waters fifteen thousand one
       hundred and forty seven Square feet of Ground more or Less in Ann
       Arundel County under certain discriptions for the term of years and
       under the Rents and covenants therein mentioned and contained
       and Michael Ruly by Indenture dated on or about the twentieth
       day of November one thousand seven hundred and Sixty four
       did demise to him the said Cornelius Garretson and the aforesaid
       Nathaniel Waters nineteen thousand four hundred
       and sixty Square feet of Ground more or less in Ann Arundel
       County under certain descriptions for the Term of Years and
       under the Rents and Covenants therein mentioned and
       contained on which two parcells of Land so demised to the said
       Cornelius Garretson and Nathaniel Waters they are now erecting a Tide
       Grist Mill and whereas he the said Cornelius Garretson is possessed of
       the Several personal Chattels herein after mentioned Now This Indenture
       witnesseth that he the said Cornelius Garretson for and in consideration
       of the premisses and of the sum of Ten Shillings Current money to him
       in hand paid by the said Charles Wallace at or before the sealing
       and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof he doth hereby
       acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth acquit the said Charles
       Wallace his executors administrators and assigns and every
       of them by these presents Hath assigned transferred and Set over
       and by these presents doth assign transfer and set over unto
       him the said Charles Wallace his Executors Administrators
