       of Bristol Notary Publick and this Deponent saith that he this Deponent together with the
       said Henry Bengough did on this present Seventeenth Day of September Instant also Compare and  
       Examine the said paper Writing hereunto Annexed Marked with the Letter (B) with an Original
       Instrument in Writing Purporting to be a Memorandum or Agreement for the Choice of Assignees
       as well of the Joint as of the respective Seperate Estates and Effects of the said Samuel
       Sedgley William Hilhouse and William Randolph under the Hands of Phinehas Watts Thomas
       Harris and divers other persons Creditors of the said Samuel Sedgley William Hilhouse
       and William Randolph and that the said Paper Writing so Marked with the said Letter (B)
       is a true and Exact Copy in every respect thereof and Lastly this Deponent saith that he this
       Deponent was present in the said City of Bristol on the said Seventeenth Day of September
       Instant and did then and there see Samuel Peach Isaac Elton the Younger James Hill
       William Stevenson and William James all of the said City of Bristo.l Merchants who are
       the Assignees of the Joint and Seperate Estates and Effects of the said Samuel Sedgley William
       Hilhouse and William Randolph and are the Constituent Partys named in the Deed Poll on
       Letter of Attorney hereunto annexed Marked with the letter (D) duly Execute the same by
       severally signing sealing and in due Form of Law delivering the same Annexed Deed Poll
       or Letter of Attorney as their Several and respective Act and Deed And this Deponent further
       saith that the said Henry Bengough was also then and there present and that he this Deponent
       together with the said henry Bengough did Set or Subscribe their respective Names as the
       Witnesses to the such Execution are of the respective proper Hands Writings of the said Henry

       This Indenture made the Second Day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven
       hundred and Sixty nine Between Philip Tippett of S.t Marys County Planter and Elizabeth his
       Wife of the One part and Thomas Bond of the same County and Province aforesaid Gent of the
       other part Witnesseth that the said Philip Tippett and Elizabeth his Wife for and in Consideration
       of the Sum of One hundred and thirty pounds Currency to them in Hand paid at or before the
       Sealing and Delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged Have
       Granted bargained Sold Released and confirmed and by these presents Do grant bargain
       Sell Release and confirm unto him the said Thomas Bond his heirs and Assigns all that
       part of a Tract of Land called Suttles Rest heretofore Conveyed by John Suttle to the
       said Philip Tippett and Elizabeth his Wife by Deed of Gift Situate lyeing and being in the
       County aforesaid Containing One hundred and fifty four Acres of land together with all
       and singular the Houses Buildings and Other Improvements to the same belonging and the
       Reversion and Remainder thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and demand
       of them the said Philip and Elizabeth of into or out of the same one hundred and fifty four
       Acres of Land To have And to hold the said parcell of land hereby Conveyed or intended
       so to be to him the said Thomas Bond his heirs and Assigns forever to the intent and
       Purpose that a Common Recovery of the premisses may be had and Suffered in the usual form of
       Common Recoveries with Double Voucher to the only use and behoof of him the said Thomas
       Bond his heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no Other Use intent or Purpose whatsoever
       and it is hereby Covenanted and Agreed by and between all the Parties to these presents
       that the said Common Recovery so to be Suffered Shall be and Enure to the use of him
       the said Thomas Bond his heirs and Assigns forever and to or for no Other Use intent or purpose
       Whatsoever In Witness whereof the parties to these presents to these presents have hereunto Sett their
       Hands and Seals the Day and Year first above written
