53 fifty nine Walter Dulany of the City of Annapolis Gentleman as natural Guardian of Daniel Dulany an Infant the son of him the said Walter by a certain Deed intended for the consideration therein mentioned did demise grant and to farm let unto him the said Cornelius Garretson all that Lot or parcell of Ground lying and being in the old Town of the City of Annapolis distinguished in the Platt of the Resurvey thereof made by James Stoddert on or about the twenty fifth day of July one Thousand seven hundred and eighteen by the number Fifty under and by certain Boundaries Lines and Limits in the same Deed mentioned except such part thereof as is therein excepted To have and to hold the said Lot or parcel of Ground (except as therein excepted) with the Appurtenances to the said Cornelius Garretson his executors administrators and assigns from the day next before the day of the Date of this Indenture for and during and untill the full end and Term of Ninety nine years from thence next ensuing & fully to be compleated and ended under the yearly Rent therein reserved, In which Same Indenture there are also several Covenants contained on the part of the said Walter Dulany as in and by the said Recited Deed of Indenture Recorded in Ann Arundel County Land Records in Liber BB N.o 21 Folio 277 278 & 279 may more fully appear and Whereas also the said Walter Dulany on or about the said sixteenth day of March One Thousand Seven hundred and sixty three by his Bond or Obligation acknowledged himself to be held and firmly bound to the aforesaid Cornelius Garretson in the sum of Two hundred pounds sterling money and after Reciting the Said Indenture of Lease containing a certain Condition thereunder written And Whereas after the date of the said Recited Indenture and Bond he the said Cornelius Garretson by one other Deed indented on or about the eighteenth day of March One Thousand Seven hundred and fifty nine did demise grant and to farm let to Nathaniel Waters all that part of the before mentioned Lot of Ground Beginning at a Locust Post Standing in the Westermost side of South East Street then running with the said Eastermost side of South East street seven feet and half a foot to the Church Circle and running by and with the |
