       & Reversions Remainder & Remainders Rents & services of the Premisses and
       every Part and Parcel thereof and also all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Property Use Trust Profit Claim or Demand whatsoever both in Law &
       Equity which the said Joseph Cowman now hath or may or can Claim Off
       in and to the hereby bargained & Sold Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances
       and every Part and Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said
       Tract of Land hereby granted or intended to be granted bargained &
        Sold and every Part and Parcel thereof with the Appurtenances unto the
       said Thomas Ringgold and to his Heirs & Assigns to the only Proper use and
       Behoofe of the said Thomas Ringgold and his heirs and Assigns forever
       and the Af.d Joseph Cowman doth hereby Covenant Promise &
       agree for himself and his Heirs to & with the said Thomas Ringgold
       and his heirs and assigns that he the said Joseph Cowman
       and his heirs shall and will at all or any time or times hereafter at
       the Reasonable Request Proper Cost & Charge of the said Thomas Ringgold
       or his Heirs or Assigns make do Execute levy or Suffer or cause to be made
       done Executed Levied or Suffered all and every such further and Other
       Act & Acts Deed or Deeds Fine or Fines Recovery or Recoveries Conveyance
       or Conveyances Assurance & Assurances in the Law Whatsoever for
       the better Assuring and Confirming the said hereby bargained & Sold
       Tract of Land & premisses unto the said Thomas Ringgold & to his Heirs &
       Assigns forever so as they same Contain no Other Warranty or Covenant
       than herein Mentioned as shall be by him or them or his or their Counsel
       Learned in the law reasonably devised advised or required In Witness
       whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably
       Set their hands & Seals the day & Year above written
       Sealed and delivered in                                       Jo.s Cowman   (Seal)
       the Presence of
       the words (so as they contain no Other
       warranty or Covenant than herein
       Mentioned being first interlined between
       the twenty Eighth and twenty ninth Lines

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed to wit
   
       Received this Sixth day of May Anno Domini 1769 of the within named
       Thomas Ringgold the Sum of fourteen hundred pounds Current Money
       in full Consideration for the within Mentioned Tract of Land called Denton

                    Walter Smith

       Be it Remembered that on the Sixth day of May in the year Seventeen hundred
       and Sixty nine the within named Joseph Cowman personally appeared before me
       the Subscriber one of his Lordship the Lord Proprietary of the Province of Maryland
       his Justices of the Provincial Court and Acknowledged the within
