       Paid by the said Daniel Dulany at or before the Sealing and Delivery
       of these Presents the Receit whereof is hereby Acknowledged Hath
       granted bargained and Sold and by these presents Doth grant bargain
       and Sell unto the said Daniel Dulany His Heirs and Assigns  
       all those Tracts or parcels of Land Commonly called and known by
       the respective Original Names of Murrays Addition Containing by
       Grant or Pattent Eighty Nine Acres and one third of an Acre more
       or less and also One Other Tract of Land called Athol Containing
       by the grant or Pattent Six hundred and Seventeen Acres more or
       Less Situate lying and being on Hunting Ridge in Baltimore County
       and also the the following Negroe Slaves Viz.t One Negro Man named
       named Hannah one Negroe Girl named Kate and four Negroe Boys
       named Peter Sam Exeter and Cambridge and all the Present & future
       Issue and Increese of the said Negroes together with all Edifices
       Improvements Woods Underwoods Timber Trees Ways Waters Water Courses
       Easements Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the Same Tracts of Land or any Part or Parcel
       of them belonging or in any wise Appurtaining and the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits
       thereof and of every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title
       Interest Use Trust Property Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the
       said John Bailey of in to or out of the aforesaid Tracts of Land hereby
       bargained and Sold or Meant Mentioned or intended so to be and of
       in to or out of every Part and Parcel thereof and also all the Estate
       Right Title and Interest of him the said John Bailey of in to or out
       of the said Negroe Slaves and each and every of them To Have
       and to Hold the said Tracts of Land and Premisses with the Appurtenances
       and also the said Negroe Slaves and every of them unto
       the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns to the only Proper Use
       and Behoof of him the said Daniel Dulany his Heirs and Assigns
       forever and to or for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever Provided
       always and it is the true Intent and Meaning of these Presents that if
       the said John Bailey his Heirs or Assigns do and shall well and truly
       Pay or cause to be Paid unto the said Daniel Dulany his Executors
       Administrators or Assigns the aforesaid sum of two hundred and fifty
       two Pounds Sterling with legal Interest for the Same on or before the
       twelfth day of April next Ensuing the Date of these Presents then
