       that before the End of May Provincial Term next one or more Writ or
       Writs of Entry Sur Disseisin en le post shall be brought and prosecuted
       in the Names of the said Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll or the Survivor
       of them as plaintiffs or Demandants or plaintiff or Demandant
       therein against the said John Welsh William Hammond and James
       Franklin or the Survivors or Survivor of them as Tenants or Tenant or Defendants
       or Defendant of and for all the said Tract or parcel of Land
       with its Appurtenances by such Name or Names Quantity or Quantities
       Qualities and Other Certainties and Discriptions as shall be Apt and
       Convenient in that Behalf to which Writ or Writs the said John Welsh
       William Hammond and James Franklin or the Survivors or Survivor
       them Shall appear Gratis in person or by Attorney or Attornies and
       shall and will vouch to warrant the Premisses the said Daniel Dulany
       who shall also appear in person or by Attorney and Shall Vouch to
       Warrant the Premisses the said John Colegate who shall likewise Appear
       in Person or by his Attorney and shall Vouch to warrant the
       Common Vouchee or in Case of the death of the said Daniel Dulany
       before the said May Term then the said John Welsh William Hammond
       and James Franklin or the Survivors or Survivor of them shall
       on such Writ or Writs so to be brought as af.d appear in manner afs.d and
       shall Vouch to Warrant the Premisses the said John Colegate who shall
       likewise appear in Manner aforesaid and shall Vouch to warrant the
       Common Vouchee and such further and Other Proceedings Shall
       be therein so that one or more good and Perfect Common Recovery
       or Recoveries with treble or double Voucher according to the Event before
       Mentioned Shall or May be had Perfected and Executed in all things
       according to the usual form of Common Recovery's with treble or double
       Voucher as the Case may happen for Assurance of Lands in Such
       Case used and Accustomed and it is hereby Covenanted agreed and
       declared by and between all the said Parties to these Presents that
       such Recovery or Recoveries so as afs.d or in any Other Manner to be
       Suffered Executed and perfected whereunto the Parties to these Presents
       or any of them are or shall be parties of or Concerning the Premisses
       shall be and Enure and shall be Adjudged Construed deemed and
       taken to be and Enure and all and every Person and Persons which
       shall then or at any time thereafter Stand Seized of the Premisses
       or any Part thereof by Virtue of these Presents or of the said Recovery
