(533) Late of Baltimore County Gentleman of the Second Part John Welsh William Hammond and James Franklin of Baltimore County Gentlemen of the third Part and Walter Dulany and Charles Carroll of Carolton of the fourth Part Witnesseth that the said Daniel Dulany for and in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings Sterling and the said John Colegate for and in Consideration of One hundred Pounds Current Money of Pensylvania to them in Hand respectively paid by the said John Welsh William Hammond and James Franklin at or before the Sealing and Delivery of these Presents the Receit whereof they do hereby Severally and Respectively Acknowledge and thereof and therefrom do and Each of them doth release Acquit and discharge the said John Welsh William Hammond and James Franklin and Each of them their and Each of their heirs Executors and Administrators and for the Docking barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail and Revertions or Remainders thereupon expectant or depending of and in the Land and Appurtenances herein after Mentioned and for Settling and Assuring the Same as herein after declared Have and Each of them Hath given granted bargained Sold Aliened released Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Do and Each of them Doth give grant bargain Sell Alien release Enfeoff and Confirm unto them the said John Welsh William Hammond and James Franklin their Heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract or Parcell of Land lying and being in Baltimore County aforesaid Called Ellis's Chance Containing two hundred and ten Acres more or less Together with all Houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters Water Courses Timber Timber trees Woods Underwoods Profits Commodities Advantages Improvements & Appurtenances whatsoever on the same being to the same belonging or in any wise Appertaining and the Revertion and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust possession property Claim and demand Whatsoever of them the said Daniel Dulany and John Colegate and Each of them of in and to the same and every or any Part or Parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses with its Rights Members and Appurtenances to them the said John Welsh William Hammond and James Franklin their Heirs and Assigns for ever To the Intent and Purpose that they the said John Welsh William Hammond and James Franklin may be and become good and Perfect Tenants of the immediate Freehold and Inheritance of the said Premisses against whom or the Survivors or Survivor of them one or more Common Recovery or Recoveries may be had perfected and Executed to the uses Intents and Purposes herein after Mentioned and declared and to or for no Other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever and thereupon it is Covenanted Concluded and agreed by and Between all the said Parties to these Presents (that) |
