       Maryland Ss.t We the Subscribers being Indifferently Chosen and Appointed
       by Messuers Benjamin Gassaway Richard Gassaway and Robert Gassaway
       to divide a Certain Part or Parcel of Land Lying and being in Ann Arundel
       County Called Talbotts Resolution Manner agreeable to the True
       Intent and Meaning of the Last Will and Testament of there Deceas.d Father
       Nicholas Gassaway we therefore in Persuance of the said Appointment do
       Divide the said Lands Agreable to the Platts Hereunto Annex.d As Witness
       our hand this 18.th day of February One thousand Seven hundred & Sixty Nine

       I Hereby Certify that I Orlando Griffith Deputy Surveyor of Ann Arundell
       County Have in the Presence and by the Directions of the above said Subscribers
       Carefully Surveyed and Laid out all that Tract or Parcel of Land
       being Part of a Tract of Land Called Talbotts Resolution Manner Containing
       three hundred Acres in three Destint Parts Viz.t Benjamin Gassaway
       One hundred Acres Richard Gassaway One hundred Acres and Robert
       Gassaway one hundred Acres all which appears by the Platts Below
       Begining for Benjamin Gassaway's part of the aforesaid three Hundred
       Acres at the End of One hundred and fourteen Perches on the third
       Line of the whole three hundred Acres it being a South West two Hundred
       and Eleven Perches Course and runing thence South West Ninety Seven Perches
       to the End of said Course then South East three hundred and thirty one Perches
       to the Giving Line of the whole Tract then North forty one Deg.s East forty
       Six perches then by a Streight Line to the first begining Containing and
       Laid out for one hundred Acres of Land more or Less               Begining
       for Richard Gassaway's Part at the End of Sixty Six Perches on the giving
       Line of Benj.a Gassaways Part and runing thence  North forty three deg.s east
       Eighty five Perches North twenty three Deg.s West one hundred and Seventy
       one perch.s to the End of the Second Course of the whole three hundred Acres
       Laid out for Nicho.s Gassaway then runing with the third Line of said
       Land South West one hundred and fourteen perch.s to the Begining of
       Benj.a Gassaways Part then by a Streight Line to the first Begining Containing
       one hundred Acres of Land more or Less            Begining for Robert
